worst Choice Hotels Property I have ever stayed at! The worst Choice Hotels Property I have stayed at. No hot water Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. No housekeeping eventhough I repeatedly asked for it Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. No washcloths, 1 hand towel, and 2 bath towels. Room very dirty upon check-in. Toilet rocks back and forth. Cockroaches and bugs. Open gap through the room door to the outside. Curtain rod about to fall off. To many things to list. Only 1 staff member was courteous. The manager only works Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm per staff. Requested to speak to Management on Friday. On Sunday, when I checked out, I was informed to come into the hotel to see her on Monday. I will be back in San Antonio Sunday nights. Room keys quit working every day.p

Ripped off! Horrible experience, got charged over $500 dls for 2 rooms, we were moved in the middle of the night from one of our rooms to another because of noise upstairs. Front desk told us a discount will be applicable instead with got a hefty bill. Called, emailed numerous times and never got anything resolved, DO NOT STAY THERE!

Keeps getting worse rather than better Quality Inn Airport East 900 Yarbrough Dr. El Paso, TX, 79915, US +1 (915) 594-9111 Manager Andrea Rubio – Front Desk does not have an email for her no way to contact till 0900 next day. Room 165 – 66.38 for 31 days is 2,057.58 a month for this room Guess Elite Gold Choice Membership means nothing here. Asked for a handicap room and this was not it. Too tired to argue, besides the lady that checked us in left after checking me in. The room looked clean, BUT!!! The security lock on the door was broken off – ½ missing. The mini fridge was nice, but the freezer part was full of freezer frost, so it was hard to get flat ice packs in. We had NO TOWELS - a wash rag and a hand towel. Went to front desk and asked young man to please get us some while we were out for dinner. Came back and no one at front desk even rang bell. The combination lock door was open, so I stuck my head in and yelled. NO ANSWER, lobby deserted. Finally, he came in from the back parking lot and I asked about my towels and his face said it all - HE FORGOT. Look at the camera screen and found the lady that check us in and tried to talk her through a room were towels should be – not available - none dried. Told him I need towels after the drive from California. He told me that he would try, but normally [guess this happens a lot] you would have to wait till 0900. I said get some out of an empty room. On way back to the room I saw a lady and she gave me a towel and a wash rag. Said she would try to find some more. About ½ hour later she bought some, by now it was close to 2100 - 9 PM [I believe with time change]. Surprise – have towel rod holder [left & right in wall] but no rod, maybe that is why we had no towels. Had a partial roll of toilet paper but no new roll noticed around 0145, thankfully had Kleenex. Was going to shower but the exhaust fan is broken. Made so much noise and did not want to bother neighbors. Wi-Fi kept going out – most likely to many people using it at night. Finally used my hotspot to be able to do anything. Better Wi-Fi at 0445 in AM. Since we had no toilet paper went to lobby to use. No toilet paper in the lobby restroom. Front desk no toilet paper either but will tell manager at 0900. I told the young lady “What do I do now” at 0545. She went to ladies restroom and gave me a small partial roll. No hand towel paper to dry hands. Again, the front desk had nothing and will tell the Manager at 0900. No lobby telephone to call Choice, but she gave me the number 877-424-6423 [found this on website - You can also call 1-888-770-6800 for 24-hour assistance] Lobby water fountain out of order. Took picture of hallway trash. Look like to be yesterday’s collection of trash. Two U-Haul trucks are staying there. The smaller one unload all their items into the dumpster – let the front desk know. At the front desk a guest was there and said he rented 3 rooms for week and 1 for the night and no towels. Wanted to know about discount, got straight up bill when he checked out. Front desk lady said new management once AGAIN! Almost everyone was hired in the last 2 weeks, and they know nothing about things yet, but are running front desk – LOL. Will see how breakfast goes. NO one was there to monitor area at 0645, started at 0630. No napkins [ran out]. No milk [ran out]. Tables stacked up [see picture]. One of our chairs was broken. The sausage was so over cooked could not cut with plastic knife, such a waste. The lady from the prior night was there for her shift at 0700. I asked to leave a note for GM. Was questioned why and when I told her she said she brought me towels, but could not comprehend that they should have been there at check-in. Also asked why I did not tell her about the toilet paper when she brought towels, I told her at the time I did not need it and when I did it was in the middle of the night. I left my email for Manager Andrea Rubio. If the message was passed on, I never heard back. On the way out the curtain was open to a room, and it looked really nice. The bed was made, and pillows displayed. Look far better than the one the put me in as an Elite Gold Choice Member.

Fraudulent behaviour! SCAM ALERT - read the many online reviews about how this and many other Choice Hotels swindle people out of their money! I booked through Expedia, when the confirmation came through it was for the wrong dates (this has happened before on Expedia). I contacted Expedia immediately to change dates. They reached out to the hotel who did not respond. So I called the hotel directly, they answered the phone immediately and signed me up to their Chouce program before they would even discuss my issue. I was then told I had to go through Expedia (who they were ignoring). I have never had this issue with any other chain. They wanted me to cancel and then rebook (so they could charge me double given my original booking was non refundable. But I wasn’t seeking a refund, just wanted to amend the dates. This is fraudulent behaviour. Please do your research first, like I wish I had done, this is common practice for Quality Inm and Chiice Hotels in general. Avoid them like the plague!!
