Unsafe and dirty They stripped my room I lost personal items talked to front desk only to make me scared and could not sleep not helpful at all. Asked for refund for 3nigths out of 4 and still NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME OR ME CANT SEEM TO FIND THE MANAGER

It is alright for a short stay. The staff was friendly, breakfast was really good. Beds not overly comfortable. Bring you Roach Spray.

Nope We stayed in a lot of Wyndham hotels on our recent road trip, and most of them were perfectly fine for the money. You get what you pay for, and as long as it's clean and safe, we don't expect anything fancy from a 2-star hotel. This place really tested our low standards though. The fridge not working? It's fine; we can deal with that. The fact that hot water came out of the cold water tap? It's El Paso in the summer, so we'll just brush our teeth with hot water. The mold in the bathroom? Not great, but we can put up with it for one night. The hair on the bedsheets? Brush it off and try not to think about it. Stepping on a dead cockroach the next morning? Nope.

Unclean, unsafe About fell in shower, due to slick floor, in accessible room. Room 248 air conditioner isn't good. Dust caked on things. Power strip was broken in half. People loud, outside. Not a good motel. Would not recommend.
