Low end property for embassy suites Mediocre customer service Disappointed in the hotel room conditions and staff. Room has several issues let’s start: White lamp shade that had a huge stain on it. Shower nozzle broken coming out of the wall. Bathtub was dirty and drain had mold around it in which I tried to clean prior to taking photo. The bathroom fan doesn’t work which causes extreme condensation and wet floors this also leads to the room and leaves everything damp in the room. The bathroom is dangerous when wet and small child slipped. We put towels all over the floor after. Was told to file an incident report and the on duty manager was so so busy I waited 30 mins then left due to a scheduled family event. I tried to get switched to a new room and was told they were sold out could not help me. Returned to the hotel room after a day out and all the clothing outside of suitcase was damp. At night there is a flashing light that goes off all night. Unable to upload video to this review unfortunately In the bright side the breakfast was decent. I would not recommend staying at this location. Called corporate to open a case regarding stay since on site staff wasn’t helpful.

So noisy Omg. So noisy. Stay ruined by the event that had thumping music verberating through the walls until 2 am. Unacceptable. Room itself fine, breakfast good. Shuttle good. Check in staff a bit miserable. Location good for terminals. Just needs better soundproofing or early cut off on music.

3 star review was due to Breakfast! Will not return. I travel frequently to the area and typically stay at another Hilton property close by. This trip I thought I’d try Embassy suites since it had been many years since I last stayed at this particular hotel, and prior to their update/remodel. Needless to say, it is my last stay here. The main reason is the uncontrollable thermostat, for which I added a picture of the sign above the controller. It was uncomfortably warm and “muggy” and I never felt true a/c during my 3 night stay, and even had it set to 67 degrees. This, from a person who keeps my own home at 75 and lives in the southwest. Other cons; Carpet was coming apart/unraveling the transition to the tile. Bed was saggy and could use a replacement. Ceiling paint in shower is chipped and coming off, not to mention how small bathroom was. Positives were quality of breakfast, but go as early as you can because kids seem to take over the area and parents don’t control them. Dining area is a mess after about 8. I also liked the fact there were “real” glasses in the room, not just paper or plastic cups. Parking and garage was convenient. These positives did not outweigh the negatives and will not be back.

Worst experience with anything tied to Hilton Picked up an hour late from airport Light tech issue that didn’t get fixed until we got back from 8 hours of activity Had to speak up loudly after being told it’d get fixed for it to actually happen Horrible service only good thing was the breakfast The rooms are sad

Don’t use the pullout couches! I removed the cushions on the pull out couch to see orange pills and food left from the previous guests, I doubt the couch was cleaned at all or even looked over. The Blanket for said bed had holes and felt like sandpaper. Other than the couch everything is in seemingly good order but now I’m uncomfortable about whether or not the room was actually cleaned or just looks “clean”. Afraid to touch the coffee pot.
