Treated different when booked through a 3rd party. I book this room through travelocity at a good rate but once I checked in I had to pay for parking 30$ a day which was not mentioned at all. Also, I booked a suite and wanted to ensure that it was a balcony room. The front desk clerk could not tell me if the room had a balcony or not and she stated to me, "I can't give you any information on this room because you booked through a 3rd party". I asked her to explain why she can't tell me if it was a balcony or not which she could not. Since I inquired about a balcony, she assumed I smoke (which I do not) and keep saying," this is a smoke free hotel" after every 3rd word but when I walk into my room there are 2 cigarette burns in the couch. I felt like service was poor because I booked through a 3rd party but the room was clean.

Very good airport services Perfect place for transit. They have free transfert at airport. Lobby is really nice. Gym is good. Pool is nice. Super market Ralph at 10 min walk. Landry is good. PArking is a little pricy. We really appreciate all the services they offer. I recommend this hotel.

Dirty Carpet! Carpets were disgusting in the room and in the hallway. Dirty and stained. It felt like we could not even take our shoes off. And the bathroom was totally dated. Not like in the photos. I was embarrassed in front of my family when they saw the room that I had reserved. The hotel also charged an extra $30 to check in earlier than 4PM and another $30 for parking in an otherwise empty lot. Don't be fooled by the low sticker price, with all the "additional" fees the total was more than a much nicer hotel would have been.

Very close to LAX airport, but A little disappointed I wish I had read the reviews first. Close to the airport, but you have to call for the shuttle. Shuttle to the airport before 6;00am $35/person. Uber is a fraction of that price. Hotel was not the cleanest. Carpet dirty in my room. Good AC but room had an odor. Bed comfy and well stocked bath. Staff not overly friendly. Two security guards on premises! What does that say about the location? Overnight parking expensive. There are better options.

Neglected Potential: A Disappointing Stay While this hotel has the potential for a satisfying stay, my experience was overshadowed by basic hospitality oversights. The room cleanliness was a letdown, with dust on all countertops and desktop, hair all over the bathroom, visible stains on the bed frame, and dirty walls near the desk – all rectifiable with minimal effort. The practice of charging for early check-in, despite an available room, felt unnecessarily stringent. However, on the positive side, the hotel does offer a convenient shuttle service and the amenity of a Starbucks coffee shop, which are commendable features. These positives highlight that with a bit more attention to cleanliness and guest-centric policies, the hotel could significantly enhance the guest experience. Such small improvements in care could encourage repeat visits and build guest loyalty. Regrettably, due to the current state of affairs, I won’t be returning, but I believe if these fundamental issues are addressed, future guests might have a much more favorable experience.
