Hotel front desk So sorry for the low rating but the saying goes, one bad apple spoils the bunch! Me and my parents had an absolutely wonderful time at the hotel and casino. Everybody was wonderful, kind, generous and helpful until we met "Scott" at the hotel front desk. He was belligerent, ignorant, cocky and down out right just Rude! He upset my parents, my mom was almost in tears and my dad has a heart condition. Anyone visiting this hotel, stay clear of him. Why Ceasars would even employ someone like that is shocking to me. I will visit this hotel and casino again, like I said we had a blast, but if that P.O.S. is still there I won't be dealing with him and I really hope and pray that Ceasars takes care of this problem so nobody else has to deal with this experience.

Superb and Comfy We enjoy this property both for adults only trips and for the family. Our only complaint is food options for the family and cost.of cafe at the hotel. I still rate it 5/5, as the rooms, hotel lobby hallways, and pool area are well maintained.

A weekend trip. I love coming down here to ceasers Indiana. I enjoy the trip down,The stay at the hotel was ok, I love the food at the hotel, also the food in the casino. The stay with family was grate . Well my week is over for this trip. I will be back again. Thanks for everything.

Late night party and screaming My husband and I stayed one night at the Caesar hotel. Next to our room there must have been a party because there was screaming and loud noises that went on for hours. I went down to the front desk to complain (2:00 am). Shortly the noise did stop. Don’t think we will ever stay again. I think their walls are too thin!!
