Caos e Falta de Segurança no Extended Stay America Elizabeth: Uma Experiência Desastrosa My stay at Extended Stay America in Elizabeth was disastrously bad. It was supposed to be a family-friendly environment, but what I encountered was a scene of neglect and carelessness. The room was dirty, the hallways were cluttered with maintenance tools and equipment, presenting an abandoned outlook. Moreover, an unprecedented and utterly unacceptable issue: the hotel was unable to program the electronic room keys. As a result, to access the rooms, guests had to queue up in the lobby and wait for a staff member to accompany them to their room and open it. This not only resulted in a significant waste of time, as it caused us to miss an Uber because we had to retrieve a forgotten cell phone from the room. Even more alarming was the complete lack of security: various employees could access rooms without any identity checks or confirmation, exposing guests to unacceptable risks. This experience was a blatant example of how not to run a hotel.

Great stay Have enjoyed my two weeks stay so far staff has been pleasant would like to give high recommendations and accolades to.mark the manager, savanna and Jermaine are the front desk I would come back anytime I'm around this area. Very convient with the mall and other food olaces to eat

Mark Hand Always a pleasure to see a friendly familiar face. We always manage to get a discussion going about football! Whenever I do work at the airport I stay there not only because of the convenience but also because of the staff professionalism.

The staff and Managers are awesome And they will hold your packages. The rooms can use a lil renovation But the staff makes up for everything. Thank you Michael for Always going out your way for me..And Chares And Noel thanks for making me a priority..I would never forget you guys. Now every hotel I go to I expect nothing but the kindness I experienced here...Thank you

Much better than I expected. 1st time at an ESA. I missed my flight and needed a room, I dreaded staying here but was pleasantly surprised. I see why people stay here. Feels more like a Apartment Building than a hotel. It is quiet, very low key, and everyone minds their business. The manager was this handsome, stocky, black guy (Mark I think?) He was great. Very personable and xalled us after check in to make sure that we liked the room. It showed that he cared. The breakfast sucked but it's free stuff. Just pay for breakfast at IHOP or get something delivered from DoorDash.
