Nice staff, Do not park car here! Booked 4 rooms and paid an additional 2 weeks of parking using their park and fly option. We paid for 3 cars to be parked in their "secure" lot while we were on our vacation. Rooms were somewhat clean but very worn down and one room had what we figured was a blood stain on a lamp. Not the nicest hotel but tolerable for one pre vacation night. After we returned from our trip, we discovered one of our cars had been broken into and vandalized. The manager did arrange to have a tarp taped to the car so rain didn't get in. Staff was helpful and called police for us and were very apologetic. There is absolutely no security for this lot. There was no one in booth to take our parking tickets which showed proof of payment. There was no security anyplace. I could have parked here and not paid anything and no one would have cared. Again, staff was so nice and helpful but I had to chase down manager to ask to have my parking refunded. Do not stay or park car in this hotel, there are too many others to chose from.

Friendly staff, poor quality room. There was no crib set up in the room upon arrival, staff was surprised when I asked about it, there was no record of my request despite asking for it when I reserved. Room 510 has a toilet that runs and flushes in the middle of the night, very loudly. The toiletpaper holder came off the wall with a slight bump. The lock also broke, trapping me in the room. There is no "front desk" button on the room phone, so I spent several minutes hitting buttons trying to get a hold of someone to let me out of my room. The staff was responsive and friendly, but overall a bad night's stay.

Near Newark Airport We stayed here one night on our way out of town catching a flight at Newark. They had a complimentary shuttle to/from airport. The room was clean and quite. The bed was comfortable. The TV was very large for the room. WIFI good. No issues or concerns. Would stay again. Located about 15 minutes from the airport off the highway.

Don’t do it I stayed here two nights during holiday. Booked two rooms. The police were called to the hotel at least once while we were there but probably should have been called a lot more often. Furnishings are outdated. Does not look like website. Decorative items were worn. Shower tile outdated. Front desk staff super friendly and accommodating. Gym was very nice. Management needs to get “activities” that are taking place by onsite guests under control. If you’re staying for vacation/ leisure, don’t do it.

Great place to start vacation A wonderful hotel for your vacation, great facilities, wonderful restaurant and shuttle, my only negative was no breakfast service due to lack of help but the gentlemen who manned Starbucks made it better with free coffee! I will stay again next flight out of Newark
