Unfortunate Experience We stayed here over the weekend with my family. We had been here before when this was Holiday Inn. I can tell you the two experiences could not have been more different. First the room, when we are talking beds, nobody wants to find "hair" in the bed sheets when you move the comforter for the first time. We found hair in every bed. The water park has been worn and can tell needed some repairs that are being neglected. Further, there were not enough tubes for even half or quarter the people there. When you must beg for a tube so your family can enjoy their stay it’s tough. We were at the pool for two hours and my family all complained our lungs hurt from the chemical smells. Its unfortunate because this was a great memory for us, and to see where it has gone is a disappointment.

Not Great The hotel room was very unfinished. The molding in the bathroom was missing. The fridge was just sitting in the middle of the entry way. The light fixtures felt very incomplete. The design layout was very awkward. It very cold and unwelcoming. The actual temperature of the room was humid and felt damp most of the night. The check in time is too late to really be able to use the water park without feeling rushed. Overall the price is the room felt 30% too expensive for what you got. We would not stay here again. We spent all of august traveling staying at Wyndham hotels and they were all very nice, this location did not match the quality of our other stays.

Avoid Do not stay here. Dirty. Beds are so old. Door would not close properly. Stairs and sidewalks holes everywhere for twisting ankles. But most of all dirty, tired, tiny towels, pillows are stinky, just gross.

Noisy! Me & my daughter did not sleep very good. Kids running up and down hallways and talking very loud at 930pm-11pm. Waterpark pools sandy makes the water look dirty. Prices for pool food was accurate. Comfortable beds and lots of choices for t.v. Free wifi!

Extremely overpriced for the accommodation and service. Very overpriced for the quality and service. The room was supposed to be recently renovated but the toilet ran constantly, there were holes in the shower wall and room coiling and exposed wires in the hallway. You could hear every footstep of the guests upstairs. The pop vending machines did not work on the 3rd and 4th floors. The elevators were grimy and looked like they belonged in an abandoned building. The front desk provided no explanation of amenities when we arrived. The only bright spot was the housekeeping staff who were very polite.
