A++ for us! This hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in for handicapped access. The front desk attendant even helped with our loading of the manual wheelchair in and out of the trunk, which was over and beyond expectations. We were so pleased with the cleanliness, wheelchair accessible bathrooms and room, breakfast. We didn’t get to use the indoor pool but it had a lift as well and was beautiful and the workout room, laundry room and conference room are very nice as well. Management has changed in the past year or so and we can really tell the difference. It is so convenient and whenever we are back up this way we will gladly book here again for several nights! It was very affordable and better than many 4 stars we have booked!

Disgusting! This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was disgusting! Stained towels , hair clogging the bathtub drain, stains on the carpet and the bed sheets were itchy & the bed was so hard it felt like we slept on the floor. Only 2 people allowed in the elevator & the pool was closed for maintenance. This hotel had pet friendly marked out but there was dogs barking in the hall way and fire alarms were going off at 3am! There was a bag of dirty towels left in the hallway & was still there when we checked out. We seen the guy next to us smoking in the window the list goes on. Just a FYI don't get ice either.

Clean the air filters, PLEASE!! I’ve had good luck with the Comfort Inn/Suites chain this year up until now. When I first arrived, the access road to the hotel was awkward to find and there was water constantly running through the parking lot. It was runoff from the neighboring property and entered the hotel’s site under the dumpster. You had to cross this “river” to get to the parking area. I know it’s the sight designer’s problem, but it doesn’t make for a good first impression. Hotel was modern inside, but everything looked worn out in the lobby. Tables and chairs had spots that needed cleaning, cushions looked mashed. Once in the room, I noticed the artwork was missing, but the brackets were still there. The bathroom fan was coated with dust. I turned on the AC to 68 as usual for me. Within an hour, the white bedding closest to the air vent was covered with a black flaky material. Upon checking the internal air vent, it was covered with this substance. I immediately changed rooms…down and across the hall on the 3rd floor. Turned on the AC and the same substance started blowing out. It’s 10pm at this time, so I turned off the unit entirely, covered it with a wet towel, took some Benadryl and went to bed. After showering, “I heart you Kay” appeared written on the steamy mirror - my name isn’t Kay, but I’m glad she’s found love. So obviously the mirror hasn’t been cleaned recently. Came to breakfast 30+ mins before it ends. Breakfast was cold sausage patties, hard biscuits, and funky flavored orange juice. No spoons. Barely any condiments in the bottom of the bowls. Just everything was disappointing compared to previous Comfort hotels I’ve been in this year. But good things: great WiFi, great shower water pressure, nice hearty fiberglass shower units that are much easier to keep clean, it was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.

We can no longer recommend this hotel We can no longer recommend this hotel. My family's latest stay was very distressing. Pool not working, no hot breakfast, some bedding that needed to be repaired or replaced, lack of good attitude and service by staff and lack of good management, luggage cart needed repair and hard to use, and more.

Avoid this place I don't often write negative reviews, but this place needs serious maintenance and I want others to be aware. We only stayed one night and chose it on Priceline bc cheap and located in the area we were driving through. We were in a handicapped suite that seemed to little used. The room was musty. The bathroom was very damp and had mildew on the ceiling and crumbling tile. The wallpaper has been peeling for a long time. The ceiling also had water damage in the main room. I looked on 1st and 2nd floors for ice. From desk said it is on 3rd floor. Ice machine was gross. Luckily, I only needed for my cooler bc I wouldn't trust the sanitation of the ice that came out. The washer and dryer were out of order. Breakfast was very limited and luckily pre- packaged, even post Covid. The chairs and tables were picked in the corner. A staff person in a staff shirt was out front smoking and talking for at least the 20 minutes were ate breakfast and packed. I'm including photos. Room size was well designed and lights and TV worked is the best I can say.
