Bed Bugs I got bit by bed bugs my first night in the room. Brought it to the managers attention who comped my room and indicated she would notify corporate. Rooms are getting worn out looking. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is over priced.

Frustrating customer service Get a manager at check in. Attendant didn’t know how to make a room key, had to make several trips. Otherwise a good hotel with good location. Lot of 3500 trucks parking in the lot makes it difficult to park. They are too big and their mirrors stick out too far. Typical Courtyard

Don’t get scammed by this hotel It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s not the worst the rooms occasionally have problems in them, shower, toilet, AC or heat, but you get what you pay for. I’ve been staying there for years. Was there last month no issue. I get a cold almost a month later from the owner saying that he’s charging me for damage due to smoking in the room. The funny thing is I’ve never smoked, ever, and he wants to argue this point with me just be aware people you might get hit with an extra $75 because they got proof that there are pictures of a room, not sure if it’s mine, and it definitely wasn’t when I was there, because they were no cigarette ashes in that room when I left. So everybody’s got a scam. Be careful of these people.

The best place to rest in Elkhart I’ve stayed at this hotel on a few different occasions and haven’t really been disappointed. Although there have been a couple of minor issues over time, the staff is always willing to make things right. This hotel is in one of the nicer blocks in Elkhart. The hotel is right off I-80/I-90 (Indiana Toll Road) at Exit 92. I will definitely be back

Hidden Gem Gone are the days of hotels making you feel welcome, except in Elkhart, Indiana where this hotel will welcome you with open arms! Walking distance to the Chubby Trout and a short drive to all the local restaurants as well. If you're staying in Elkhart, this hotel is great!
