Quiet Stay We normally stay at the casino when traveling. However, they were booked and we stayed here in this quaint little town with awesome local food. When we come back, this is where we will be staying.

Great location They were very helpful with extra bedding for our 5th person. Within easy walking distance of restaurants and the downtown shops. Delightful town and comfortable, clean hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool. Typical but good hot breakfast items in a nice setting. The waffles were a hit!

Nice stay. Very comfortable. Great location! I recommend calling hotel to see if there are any discounts before booking through third party because they can’t honor any discounts unless booked through them directly. I tried to use military discount at check in and they couldn’t honor it because we booked through Expedia.

Adi The price was a little bit high from our perspective, but it was acceptable. Everything else as expected, with no hiccups.

The Night Manager who Saved the Day We booked a room that was supposed to be Accessible with a Roll-In shower and chair. My wife had a stroke and is in a wheel chair, able to take only the smallest of steps and cannot stand in a shower. The room we were given had a bathtub, no chair. The front desk said they did have the type of room we requested, but it had not been cleaned and the cleaning crew had gone home for the day. I explained that we were staying for 2 nights and my wife would have to go 2 days without bathing. They were sorry, but there was nothing they could do. When we came in from dinner the night manager, Larry, asked us how our room was. We explained the problem and went to our room. Ten minutes later Larry called and asked if we would like to see another room that might be better for us. He showed us a room that had a step-in shower with a built-in seat plus another portable shower seat. We were elated and took Larry up on his offer. This new room was a large suite and had an upgraded kitchen and the bathroom also had a jacuzzi. Larry would not charge us any additional fees for this much upgraded room. We had a business before we retired and knew why Larry did this. He is a person who understands what good customer service really means - that it's when you make the extra effort to satisfy a customer when something goes wrong. Long Live Larry - the Night Manager Extraordinaire !
