Glad it was just one night. The bed was comfy and the room AC worked well. And it was fairly clean. The hot breakfast buffet was decent (china plates, silverware) and cost $16 per person. However, the restaurant was closed for dinner and the bar were closed permanently . Neither fact mentioned when I was making reservation and had I known I would have booked elsewhere. Moreover, the Lobby, room, hallway and restaurant decor was dark, beat up, dingy and grim. No way this is a "3 Star" hotel. A rather depressing place.

Terrible, do not recommend. Mold in room I am very disgusted and disappointed. The website says spa like bathroom with beautiful shower etc. they gave us a room with a rusted bathtub not even a shower as shown on their website, the tv was not a smart tv which is odd for 2023, the alarm clock was an old cd player. I was disappointed and called to have my room changed. They changed our room to the “elite customer” floor. This room did have a shower that was clean. However, here we found mold which is very dangerous to breathe in !!! I will add photos below. The ceiling in our room needed repairs, there was a hole in the floor near the heater. It was truly unacceptable. I would never stay here again, I called corporate and asked for my money back and they offered me membership points because they do not do refunds which I also felt was not okay considering me explaining to them the state of the rooms we were given. Never even asked for the photos of the conditions so they can see what their property looks like. The restaurant and bar was closed. However they were serving breakfast and that was the only thing pleasant part of my stay. The lobby looks good but it’s a misrepresentation of what the other floors look like. They need to shut down and renovate. It is very outdated and needs a lot of work. I do not recommend this property at all and I am very upset that I paid my hard earned money to stay here.

bad noisy air conditioner couldn't be adjusted Dreadful experience. 1) The room air conditioner was set to 70 F and full blast, Couldn't change it. Noise made it impossible to sleep even with ear plugs. 2) Mini fridge hummed. Had to unplug it after figured out where that noise came from. 3) We were on 9nth floor and there may have been other noise sources on roof because even with air conditioner off (and too warm of course) there still was some low-pitched hum. Never going to stay there ever again!!!!

Hotel and staff This hotel deserves a ZERO. I did my check in online but wanted to change my arrival time. I called the hotel directly for over an hour and all I got was a busy signal. I ended up calling the reservation phone number to let the hotel know. Warning take the stairs if possible. My husband and I got on the elevator, pushed the buttons and then everything stopped and the panel went black. We pressed the bell to alert staff, we pressed the emergency button, I called the front desk (several times) crickets, nothing. My husband finally called 911 for fear his portable oxygen concentrator would need recharging. Englewood Fire Department arrived promptly and it took them about 20 minutes to get us out. We walked downstairs to checkout and again, nothing. No are you alright, no I’m sorry this happened, not even can I give you a bottle of water. Manager and staff didn’t even acknowledge we had been stuck in the elevator for over an hour. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Nice find near NYC Nice find, just a little dated but in great shape. Floors were clean. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Bed was comfy. Free parking and close to the George Washington bridge to cross over into New York. The surrounding area was nice and safe. Definitely would stay here again.
