Nice property We stayed here for two nights. It's a very nice property. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant. The rooms are nice too. It is difficult to get here from the town of Ensenada, so it would be better if they had a shuttle service.

Key charged I stayed one night with family as we arrived they only handed one key. Unfortunately I sign the paper where it states that they handed me “2” keys and in reality they had only given me 1 key. When I checked out the receptionist requested the 2nd key I kindly advised that she had only given me 1 key. The receptionist said it was ok and I wouldn’t be charged. I arrived home check my credit card that I left as a deposit and noticed a fee for the lost key, when In reality they never gave me 2nd key! The fee doesn’t mind me what bothers me is the intend of customer service the receptionist should accept her mistake. Prices was ok about 100 USD.

A quick mid week visit We visited mid-week to visit friends in the area. We do not golf, so there was nothing else to do on the property. We booked a suite- they were very inexpensive. There was a large room divided into a kitchen and living room, a 2-person table and chairs, a large bedroom, where the TV was located, and a nice big bathroom. On the first floor, the living room and bedroom had double doors opening onto terraces- very nice. The kitchen was fully equipped. Be sure to bring food and snacks as there is no store on the property. There is a pool, which we didn’t use as we didn’t have warm weather. Apparently, the hotel was closed during much of the pandemic, so only one restaurant and one bar are open now. They are working hard to get things back to normal: landscaping is being done and other maintenance is happening. We enjoyed the quiet.

Nice Hotel, good restaurant, beautiful location, Terrible golf course May 27, 2021.......Been coming to Bajamar to play golf for 30 years......Management decided to close 9 of the 27 holes.....But the way they did it, they basically ruined the course....It's a ridiculous set up now.....You need a paper map to find some of the holes, and they are miss-marked.....Obviously a non-golfer made the changes.....The course is also in the worst shape I have ever seen it. Also, a 5 and half hour round......We won't be returning to play golf until the course returns to it's previous condition with a sensible layout. FYI.....The Hotel is fine. The grounds around the hotel are beautiful. The restaurant and bar is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful......

Don’t be fooled! We stayed here NYE 2020. Our room didn’t have a working heater or hot water. Absolute disaster. Beautiful property but the hotel is garbage. They refused to refund our $ because it was a holiday. We froze our butts off.
