Nice hotel but Needs renewal I’ll start with the room: clean, spacious, nice balcony but bathroom needs renewal, broken fridge door. Pool area is nice, but pool bar is closed and no staff available to order drinks from Somewhere else, except for weekends. I tried renting a kayak or Padel board when I arrived, no staff available to assist after 3pm, came back the next day all the equipment was being used by kids from a summer camp. I remembered Marina Grill had great burgers and a perfect view to enjoy a glass of wine… closed too! the concierge said the hotel is understaffed during the low season, in July??! I was rejected from attending a timeshare program presentation by pacific residence club, even if I complied with the annual income requirements because my husband was not with me at the moment. stupid and discriminating. I paid $260 for a 1 night stay and breakfast in a 3.5 star hotel with very basic amenities (pool and gym)

Nasty carpet Not sure how this hotel has a 4.5 rating on TripAdvisor as it should be a 1 star. Rooms had a bad odor and the carpet is so nasty and needs replacing badly. I would avoid this property until they do a thorough remodel. There are also a lot of load parties going on late at night on the balconies.

Corrupt and treat white peoples bad These people would not allow me to get fuel for my boat unless I stayed here. They pretty much said on the radio gringo with a nice boat you can get more money of him. The government will live to know these people are corrupt and racist against anyone not Mexican. Thanks for making me feel terrible I’ll never be back. Also the restaurant food is bad/old.

I would stay here again. My daughters and I stayed here on a Sunday. The staff was pleasant, the restaurant was good, the indoor pool and hot tub were nice. Our room looked out to the ocean. We took a nice walk around the marina. Parking was easy. I would stay here again.

Rude Customer Service and Takes Advantage of Covid Contracted Customers This hotel discriminates and takes advantage of people who have contracted Covid. I had a reservation as part of a group event (wedding) and I contracted Covid and being sick it would have been miserable to travel and I DID NOT WANT TO EXPOSE THE HOTEL STAFF AND GUESTS TO COVID, so called and cancelled my reservation. I spoke with Jackeline, who was rude and disrespectful and said the only way they could cancel would be if I sent a photo of my positive Covid test. I emailed it and then they charged my credit card anyway! I called again and emailed again only to have Jackeline respond to me and say they would not issue a refund because I did not include my name on the test and a photo of my id (which I would've included if she had originally asked for that!). The airline was very understanding about me having Covid and having to cancel. But clearly, this hotel just takes advantage of people being sick and those who are respectful to not want to spread Covid! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
