Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend* Our stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. First, the bathroom fan didn't work, making the space uncomfortably humid. Housekeeping was completely unreliable. It took three requests to get towels, and despite asking for a blanket, they never brought it. My son had to go down to the front desk himself to retrieve it. To make matters worse, there were no extra pillows provided for the roll-out bed. The cleanliness of the room was also questionable. We found a piece of a plant in the corner of our room, a clear sign that it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The shower floor was dangerously slippery—both of my children nearly fell while showering. Breakfast was another major letdown. There were no eggs, sausage, potatoes, or French toast sticks available, which are usually standard at hotels. Finally, when I voiced these concerns to the front desk, I expected at least an apology or a follow-up call. Unfortunately, no one bothered to do either. Overall, this stay was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Mediocre at Best The 2 room suite was very convenient so we could have our own room and bathroom and the kids could have theirs and having the fridge/microwave was helpful, but the staff, condition of the property, and overall experience were pretty disappointing. We got in around 11 our first night. The convenience store had nothing but energy drinks available for purchase. Not sure how that even happens, but when I asked the staff if there was water in the back for restock or if they had complimentary water or vending machines, the guy at the front desk just kept replying “no sir”. No apology for the inconvenience. Nothing. And then magically the next morning, water appeared, so he definitely lied about it being in the back for restock unless it arrived between 11PM and 7AM the next morning. Poor at best. The hallways are all marked up and damaged. The walls are paper thin. On the bright side, it’s a VERY short walk to the connected water park, the beds are comfy, the suite layout was great, and fireplace in the room was cool!

Disgusting hotel Gross is an understatement Disgusting. Blood on walls and orange goo. Dead bugs on floors and stove. Mattresses had crud and biological on them. Doors never been cleaned, had dust and grease and grime on them. Holes in walls.used wash cloth in shower. A shooting one week after our stay. Hawthorn suites Erie PA Your rooms are disgusting and your staff is rude.

Clean Our room was very clean and the pool area was very nice and also clean the breakfast was good and plenty of time to go eat.

Worst hotel that I’ve ever been in. This was the most foul hotel that I have ever been in. The floors made your feet black with dirt, vomit remnants on the walls, bugs in corners of room, cabinets falling apart, and many more things. NEVER STAY HERE!
