Gorgeous location Very nice hotel, but obviously understaffed because of the issues over the last year with Covid. However, it would have been nice if someone would have brought fresh towels and shampoo without me having to go down an retrieve them myself. When i checked in no one said there would be NO , repeat NO Housekeeping service during my stay.

Sailboat Race We checked in on our mobile phone and our room was ready when we arrived. We have staye at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel on previous occasions. The hotel, room and service is something we appreciate and brings us back when we visit Erie.

Great Experience ! The facility was clean, well staffed, and safe. Our family of 5 had a great time. Multiple in house options for food. Close proximity to the zoo, the beach, and shopping. Will definitely Be back again.

Housekeeping staff are the best in the buisness This review was from my stay a couple months ago. Just now getting back to sending a review out. Stayed at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront for several days while attending a conference. Very friendly and attentive team at the hotel. My experience with the housekeeping staff really said a ton about the individuals that work there. I checked out of my room and departed the area, heading to a meeting a couple of hours from the hotel. At that meeting I was going to show and demo a few products. One being a power tool that I also was showing at the conference. I searched my truck everywhere and my heart dropped when I realized this 2K tool was nowhere to be found. This tool was on loan from the manufacturer and I was responsible for getting it back to them. I knew that I had brought it inside the hotel but thought I had previously placed it back in my truck a day or two before I checked out. I really had a sinking feeling that I wasn't going to see this tool again. I called the hotel who directed me to the housekeeping manager Andrew. I was grateful and relieved that he said in fact one of his housekeeping staff brought the tool to the lost and found department. Andrew was probably the nicest and most helpful hotel employee I have ever encountered. I stay in hotels on average 150 nights a year and have met a lot of staff. Andrew and his team stand above the rest and that isn't just because my tool was returned. Andrew followed up with me through the entire process of shipping it back to my location. The housekeeping staff, led by Andrew, are exactly what you would hope for in a hotel. Andrew and his team are wonderful and I hope their actions are noticed by management and recognized! Erie Bayfront stay This property was perfect for an overnight stay in Erie. Beautiful views of the bay from our room and very nice amenities. We had a lovely dinner at the hotel and we were able to take a nice walk around the bay front. I was sorry we could only stay one night.
