Great for our family - two rooms in one My husband and I traveled with my parents to this hotel, and had a two room suite. The setup was perfect for us. A full kitchen made snacks and quick meals easy. The pool area was great for a restful afternoon. Breakfast was good, front staff was super nice, and the airport shuttle was on time, clean, and friendly. A special shoutout to housekeeping who recovered a whole drawerful of clothes that I left and sent it to us.

A new favorite The suite we stayed in was very spacious and clean. The fireplace made a warm atmosphere. Kitchen was modern, and clean. Staff were easy going and genuinely gracious. After having a negative experience at a Marriott in Indianapolis on Counselors Row, I was apprehensive at trying Marriott again; I am glad we did as we have a favorite to add to our list when traveling through.

Dirty With the coravirus going on one would think that house keeping would be extra vigilant in making sure they disinfect and clean properly. Not this location. Upon arrival the floor in the kitchen area was dirty with sticky stuff and stains on it. The desk hadn’t been wiped and as I proceeded into the bathroom I noticed a trail of blood droplets. There was also a spot in the bathroom where you could see blood was and hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was also blood on the toilet. I called the front desk and asked them to have someone come clean and they had me wait for over 30 minutes. The lady at the front desk was rude and dismissive and very unapologetic about my experience

Noisy Room and hotel were very clean. Could not get a good nights rest due to the noise level of the room. Utility closet was next to the bed and made constant noise throughout the night. Room was also very noisy from stomping foot traffic and luggage from the floor above. Would not stay here again. On the return trip we stayed at another hotel down the street which was much far superior.

Exceptional stay Our family stay with residence inn for the Christmas holidays and our stay there was exceptional!! Haley was very helpful with directions to and from shopping places in the area. Mary, the front desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful upon check in. Our room was especially a great part of our stay! Very clean and comfortable beds,very accommodating with the fully stocked Kitchenette. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic! We would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Well done Residence inn, we are looking forward to our next stay!!
