Good place Rooms are clean, van to the airport is reliable. There are restaurants in walking distance. Employees are great and helpful even when swamped with travelers, but La Toya beams with cheerfulness and remembers my name. I'll continue to use this hotel in the future.

Affordable and clean stay. Close proximity to the airport I stay at this hotel 3 to 4 times each month as I work in Philly area. The staff are easy going and helpful. I never had any issues with this hotel, it is affordable , clean and easy access to the airport. My only issue is sometimes I have to wait for the shuttle for a long time to pick up but everything else about this hotel is worth the price. They offer points or snacks upon checking in if you are a choice member. So sign up and get your points.

Ok- if the receptionist had had any manners The receptionist lady was chewing gum and single-handedly the rudest customer facing employee I have ever met. This soured our stay. We waited at Philly airport for 40 minutes, then a different hotel shuttle felt sorry for us and brought us there. The rooms were dated but clean- coffee machine broken.. the staff this am were all lovely, as was the trainee receptionist last night, but the red haired lady was awful. Maybe she had a bad day- but seriously so had we and that’s why we were there.

That hotel needs renovating, updating. I am not at all impressed with it. Yuck!!! I was disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The room was dated and the carpet really stunk. It needs to be shampooed or just replace that old musty thing. The towels were old. I have stayed in Choice hotels and I am a Diamond member, so i know what I am talking about. The price I paid was not worth, the product they offered. I spoke with one of the manager yesterday morning being Friday July 13th 2024 and she did not help. I will not recommend this hotel and it should not be under the Choice brand that I am accustomed to. Thank you! Glenn

A great stay with wonderful helpful staff! The rooms were big and had a lot of space and very clean! Sheets, towels, and carpet were all clean. Excellent stay! Staff were kind and very helpful even the staff that was working at the late hours of the night. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
