Happy customers. easy parking, restaurants and stores in the same parking lot. nice place to stay. staff was friendly, our room had a cool layout where you can turn the TV and watch from the bed or the couch. We will be back. Thank you for the great experience....

Nice hotel Great hotel. WiFi doesn’t work well and the mobile key doesn’t work at all (probably due to the WiFi). I would recommend this hotel. The staff is great and very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and was clean when I arrived. Highly recommend.

Pleasant one night stay for business Hyatt Place is conveniently located for my business trip. The hotel is clean, comfortable and offers a good breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel wasn't super busy so that made the experience more relaxing. Likely to come back for future stays in the area.

lousy service during hurricane milton and beyond i was in the hotel during hurricane milton we booked through reservation desk for 2 nites, 2 rooms 9-10 of october, WE DID NOT STAY THE SECOND NITE EITHER ROOM we left by 9:30 0n the morning of the 10th, the hotel lost power in the early morn, our daughter had to help us down 4 flights of stairs with luggage, i'm 76 my hubby 79. i have contacted reservation desk 4 times with no satisfaction on getting a refund for the second nite, i have gone back to the hyatt place twice to talk to them about a refund and they are running me around saying call the reservation desk, this is sad because they are where we stayed for a disaster, a loss of money at that time is during that hurricane is not good when your on a pension

Amazing hotel and staff Stayed at this hotel because of Hurricane Milton. The hotel and the staff were truly exceptional. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortable! And they are VERY pet friendly! The hotel was very clean and even when the power was off, housekeeping staff came by to check and see if we needed anything.
