Extremely nice Very nice hotel. Lots of history. Great service. Shuttle is definitely a bonus. We have been there for short stays in the past. This was 5 days and elopement package. Renewed vows. Continental breakfast delivered to room on weekdays was nice. Balcony restaurant is very nice. Good food and service.

Historic Hotel with not very friendly desk staff. We stayed here this past weekend for my wife’s birthday weekend. The hotel is located in the best location to experience Eureka Springs downtown area. The home is very old and you feel that in the hotel. If you are used to modern bright accommodations this is not the place for you. If you appreciate history and like to feel you are going back in time this is the place for you. The game room area and the patio with hot tub and fire pit are nice to experience. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel is pet friendly. Most of the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and the spa people were awesome. However we experienced about four members of the front desk staff during our stay and they were not friendly. Each time we interacted with them we felt as if we were inconvenience to them instead of guest of the hotel. This was very aggravating and made us feel unwelcome to the hotel. Because of the front desk staff we will not stay here in our future visits to the hotel.

The HEART of EUREKA SPRINGS The moment the bellstaff opened the door we knew we were going to love it!!! The atmosphere and the nostalgia were so wonderful. The deck overlooking the street and basin were fantastic. There is always something fun happening in Eureka Springs. The Basin is in the HEART of everything EUREKA SPRINGS and so convenient to walking, entertainment, shopping and food. We will definitely be back.

Great Experience! From the time we walked in the lobby I found the Basin Park Hotel and it's staff to be wonderful. Now bear in mind it is an older hotel and is marketed so. We arrived before noon and luckily our room was ready and we had an early check in. Room was very nice and being really hot outside the air worked great. Had lunch at their Balcony Restaurant and it was really good as was the service. You park at a lot a few blocks away but their shuttle service was always timely and the driver very friendly. We also took advantage of their onsite spa for a couples massage and that was also a good experience. Hotel is located in the middle of downtown near lots of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Two nights at the Basin Hotel in June The shuttle service was spot on and our room was adorable with a queen sized bed, dresser, comfortable chair, coffee maker, fridge and hair dryer. We loved exploring the hotel and the game room but wished the foosball table was in better condition. The hotel is located in the heart of town and it is the biggest structure so no missing it! We had a lovely stay in Eureka and having a nice room to return to each day created a safe space to unwind
