Wonderful exrperience Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Was surprised by how efficient they were. They picked us up at the airport, unloaded our baggage, took it inside and checked in within minutes. This was great after a 11 hour flight

Can’t beat the service. This hotel went above and beyond with customer service. The airport lost our luggage and the hotel provided some toiletries. We stayed a second time and they shuttled us to the airport, waited for us to grab a suitcase and then took us back to the hotel. Super service with a friendly face.

Breakfast table dirty and not sure about cleaning staff We like LQ and stay at them every chance that we can stay, if they are in the area of stay. This location was good as far as the hotel in most areas. The morning at the breakfast was a little messing at each table. The guy in charge did not seem to want to keep the tables clean, the whole time we ate, he never once cleaned a table, and did not refill the food unless someone asked him for more of an item. Then the worse thing about the whole stay came later. We checked out and when we got to the airport, my wife noticed when she went to take off her necklace for security, it was not there. She thought about it, and remembered taking it off the night before and laying it on the drawer chest. She quickly called the front desk, and the person that answered did not seem to show a lot of concern. The next day, she called again with the same response. She did not receive a call back like she asked for and on the 3rd day, I called and asked for a Manager. The Manager called me back and I informed her of the situation. She said she would check on it and call me back as I informed her that I gave her this for our 45 Wedding Anniv. 2 yr ago, and she cherished it. Jimi, I think might be how it is spelled, call me back 2 days later saying they have moved furniture and could not find anything. Yes, my wife was reluctant in putting it on before we left. And, we don't know what happened to the Hawaiian necklace. But, be aware, make sure that you don't leave anything behind as we don't know if a cleaning person took it, as we suspect, or what happened, but an expensive piece is gone.

No hot water When I got up in the morning, they had no hot water in the hotel. Called the front desk, they of course said, we are working on it but wasn’t resolved before we left. Paid $365 for the night. Figured hot water would be included.

Horrible! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The facility is aged and could use upgrades. Was given a king size room with broken Air Condiiner where parts were ordered; however, still booked us Moved to a double queen where AC noisily functioned and filters were clogged with dust. The staff graciously provided a spray cleaner and towels for us to clean the grates. Apparently no other room was available, but most likely these are the crappy rooms allotted to Expedia. Will be dealing with Expedia for a full refund!
