Awesome!_ Always a great stay here. Food in restaurant is great. If you have laundry to do your in luck. Free to use washer/dryer. Rooms are clean, nice, and spacious. Staff is super nice & even upgraded me without me knowing. Thanks, you’re the best!!___

Mid-range quality Nice building and close to lots of food and shops. The room looks good but the bed and air con are not comfortable, I finally just slept on the couch. Why no microwave? Wish there was a pool. Found and drinks are ok but expensive. Staff were nice, but the cleaning was not thorough.

I will rerurn The employees were amazing. Friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV was the largest I have ever seen in a hotel eoom

Very Disappointed Very disappointed as Diamond Member. I received a text that I was upgraded and was actually downgraded to a room with a water leak. This is my 2nd stay and no one recognizes me as a Diamond Member upon my arrival. The service at the restaurant and Breakfast were outstanding!

I am exposed to discrimination As an airline employee, I forced to have my breakfast at the ballroom. Even though the breakfast restaurant was available and the ballroom was freezing, they insisted on sending me to the ballroom. I have never felt so humiliated before. It’s the worst hotel experience for me.
