Great Napa Alternative Stay Hotel was conveniently located 30 minutes from Napa with an abundance of nearby dining options. The room was clean, comfortable, with good water pressure for the showers! I want to compliment the Night Desk Agent with the red hair that works nights on her professional demeanor. She was on point and very helpful with our check-in and application of a Hilton Credit Card. I would stay here again if visiting Napa.

Very good The room was spacious and clean. Everything as you would expect. We were a little surprised that they don't do room service everyday, just every other day unless you say something in advance. We went to eat at the restaurant in the lobby downstairs and was turned away because we were half an hour before closing, but the shift manager intervened quickly and then reminded the staff. Very thankful for that woman, she ensured that the staff was very attentive. I was surprised that the food would be as good as it was as most hotels aren't that way anymore. All in all a good experience. One note, the area can have some creepy people around at night so park accordingly and if you're out at night and keep an eye behind your back...

Smoke-free hotel not enforced Smoking policy is not enforced in this hotel. Checked in and sent to a room on the 4th floor as a Hilton Diamond member that stunk like cigarette smoke. Second room from switch was fine but I had 3 digital keys for 3 different rooms - had to wait for those to clear out to then use my digital key. Room air conditioners in my room are old and noisy and had to wear ear plugs to sleep - I was told by staff that all the rooms have the same old air units so no sense in trying to switch rooms. Most hallways have same lingering smoke smell. Kitchen had minimal choices and nothing very appetizing. Staff we ok - but not sure if they are part of the lax smoking problem i.e not enforcers. Told I would be upgraded to king suite for second night, but when tried to switch the next day they said no availability. Location is near highway, but no real advantage given such a small town. Staff did let me check out before second night without penalty so at least that part was ok.

Great Hotel Large clean rooms, brand name toiletries, Good water pressure and soft towels. Comfortable Bedding. Check in took under a minute. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A quality property, with a great location. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay and a good nights sleep

Clean and comfortable but not very affordable. The rooms were very clean and there was alot of foods on the menu but very pricey. It’s was overall great and the people were polite and helpful. Think if the prices were lowed a bit the business would skyrocket because it’s a great hotel but not really worth the amount you pay for one night
