Fine dining . Great service Honestly it was all About the service. Our server Osbal was very quick and tended to our needs and CARES. He recommended to osso buco which was very very good. We will definitely eat here again while we are staying at the hotel. We also had the ceaser.

Wonderful time with my family We had a fantastic time as a family. Osbel was a great server and we ate more than we should have :) Excited to come back next time we are at el conquistador. We had no trouble getting a table for an early dinner but I felt a bit underdressed. At least all my daughters looked nice :)

Go eat here now. This was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I very rarely finish my meal but I basically licked my plate for dinner and dessert. Osbel was an amazing waiter. Very attentive and kind and made our meal that much better. I already can’t wait to come back. Even my picky eight year old loved his meal. Not one crumb of dessert was left and we ordered one of everything!

Great experience at taco restaurant We ate at taco restaurant and Demariel was an amazing server. He was friendly, efficient and very helpful! Food was good as well but he made it a great experience. Hotel was very nice but needs some updating. All the staff were very helpful as well.

Horrible Experience My husband, my 11-year-old daughter and me stayed in October 2024. When we arrived at 4pm the first thing they told us was that the Coqui Water Park closed before the scheduled time because there weren't many people that day. When we got to the room we found a cockroach, how disgusting. To avoid creating inconveniences, we kill it and continue trying to have a good time. At night, we went to the Smores Night, my girl asked for two and they told her it was one per person. The day that we were leaving we found more cockroaches in the room. It seems so absurd to pay $500 a night and have them close the water park at whatever time they want, give a single s'more to a girl and to top it all off, have roaches in the room. Apparently the $500 includes the stay of the cockroaches in your room.
