Pleasant stay with lots of facilities We only stayed for one night, as we were coming from El Yunque forest and heading to Culebra the next morning; the stay was very pleasant! Clean location, lots of facilities such as swimming pool, restaurant, tennis and also security. The reception was very nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend.

ANTS crawling all over our room and management would not refund our money!!! Worst hotel experience ever! Our room had an ant infestation. We asked to leave and get our money refunded because the hotel was quite frankly disgusting. Management agreed, but 3 months later, they still have not refunded our money. STAY AWAY!

Clean your own room, bring your own towels, and pay a RESORT fee Avoid Fajardo Inn! They are overpriced, and they also charge a resort fee. They failed on all the aspects. There are a few things valuable for a traveler: Comfort, facilities (like wi-fi), location, housekeeping. Fajardo Inn failed at all of these parameters. They have an outhouse which is separated from the main building. This part of the hotel gets no housekeeping. Also the Wi-Fi does not reach the room. The mattresses are sinking in the center and gave us a back ache. Why on earth should someone pay more than $200 to stay in this shi**y hotel and get this level of service. I called the front desk to report that the room was not serviced. The staff told us "don't worry sir, we'll let the manager know". The focus is not on addressing the problem but on just logging it for the records. I had to go and get fresh towels each time from the front desk in the middle of the night. They spoiled our vacation. We are never staying here again. Now as I am posting this, the other reviews are saying the same. Don't make the mistake we did.

Great Place to Stay My family stayed at Fajardo Inn, mainly because it was very convenient to our catamaran tour the next morning. However, we were pleasantly surprised by this inn! The room was great - clean and comfortable! The amenities were wonderful - huge pool with tropical landscaping and free arcade, which our kids loved! Will stay again on future visits.

great swimming pools Great swimming pools!! Very nice place to stay. Close to marinas for tours to other islands. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. Feels like you have the place to your self and it's very safe. Would be a great place for kids with a play ground tennis courts and shallow pools
