Needs a good cleaning! Our room wasn't ready until 4pm on the day of check in even though check out is at 11am. No effort to accommodate was made. Our beds weren't made multiple days and the room wasn't cleaned at all. When I asked staff about the beds not being made they stated something must have been left on the beds, which was not the case. Once again, no accommodation was offered. The floor in our room was never vacuumed including common areas of the hotel. The floor tiles in our room were loose and a lot of the grout was missing. Lastly, the wall tiles of the pool are filthy.

Great Location and convient to downtown Falmouth but.... Perfect for a a quick walk into downtown Falmouth but the room smelled musty and was dated, hallway fixtures were loaded with insects, outdoor areas were not well kept and patio furniture was again dated. Definitely felt overpriced >$400 for the weekend experience.

Great location/bad experience Love the location. Good coffee across the street at Coffee Obsession and also across the street an amazing dinner spot- Glass Onion (incredible food, friendly, impeccable service). Short walk to many more eateries and shops in downtown Falmouth. Sadly I will not stay again as I was disappointed in the room and services for the price. No water replenishment in room even though they charge a “resort fee”, and no water was even available to purchase on site (drinks vending machine was out of water). Front desk told me to walk to 7-11 at 10:30 pm. And obviously there is water on site as they start you off with 2 in room at check in. Room itself was fine and bed comfortable. Bathroom though was very small and a bit awkward with very low sink and also in need of upgrade. Worst issue that is the deal breaker is we had a constantly running toilet that was loud and also gave off a strong chemically smell.. we stayed almost a week and I reported the issue 2x and it was not addressed. Also no one even reached out to update (even a “cannot fix right now, so sorry” would have been appreciated). Noticed a BandB close by on our walks into town and will try that next time!

Vacation Not good. I am 79 years old and traveled with an 8 yr old . No elevator in a hotel is ridiculous ESP in a family oriented facility
