AmericInn not worth the money The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and the pool area were not clean . We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The layout and size was exceptional. The carpeting and room furniture are dated, stained and worn The breakfast was adequate and hotel did not have a manager reception, Not worth the money that we paid.

Repeat Customer Multiple repeat customer here. Overall is experience was good. My complaint is the room, curtains didn’t open properly, one side was completely stuck. Rm 215 was overly large for the furniture and it was dark, inadequate lighting for the space. Light above the tub shower did not work. Pool area is great, nice neighborhood and convenient to freeway. Zoo is right across parking lot! Will likely stay again next year.

Great experience Great place to stay. I had to get up early and they opened up the breakfast bar early for me. Great staff and support staff. Beds were good and comfortable. Nice little refrigerator and microwave. Did not use the pool or exercise equipment, so can not tell about them.

Clean! Friendly Staff! I wish the pool was a little warmer but it sure didn't slow down the kids! Hot tub was great. Clean rooms, great pillows and comfortable bed.
