Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Ever! *** Edit*** Although we were unable to stay the night because we felt our safety was at risk, this hotel refused to provide a refund of any kind. A broken security lock and an open hole in the door where the peephole was would leave anyone feeling a little uneasy. Let alone two young women. Hotel refused to make the situation right, so I would avoid this place at all costs. *** Oh my God. I'm still shaking so bad. My sister and I just stayed at this hotel because it was raining out and we needed a shower. Normally we camp and sleep in our van. So we aren't super picky...... immediately I had sketch vibes about the people hanging around and should have listened to my instinct!!! It was old and run down. Fine. The bathroom was in rough shape with broken tiles patched up by a 5 year old and soggy water logged wall. fine. Patches in the walls and it stunk sooooo bad. We even let that go. You get what you pay for. But the security lock was broken and had a screw in its place, and the peep hole was gone, with just a piece of tape over it. Freaked me out. So I double enforced the door with a strap, even with my sister thinking I was being silly. I said over and over I had bad vibes. We left to go to a show, and my sister had to run up to grab something. This tape wasn't there (last picture). 3 hrs later, we got back and this tape was at the bottom of our door. At 11pm The neighbor accross the hall had their door unlacked and slightly open. And tape on our door???? There is NOOOOOOO reason for this. This is terrifying. We packed up our stuff and ran out of there. Never in my life have I had such a scary experience. The cops showed up when I called and asked the lady at the front about it. She had no explanation for the tape. Regardless of the tape, everything about this place was filthy and scary and smelly and I have no idea how it even has a 5.1 rating.

False advertising and the worst place I have ever stayed No coffee pot in room and no free breakfast. Noisy staff all night. Inoperable tv remote, broken security lock on door, bed propped up on a brick, worn out furnishings and more. Run the other way from this place.

Worse Hotel To Rent This hotel needs to either go out of business or be sued for how they are running things. I reserved a non smoking room that was supposedly not available when I got there. So they decided to give me another room (for $2 more of the price). I agree because I thought maybe the room will be better and much cleaner. I got put in a room 112. The room was smelling like someone has just smoked in it. The lights didn’t work. The Fan in the bathroom didn’t work. And there was a hole in the ceiling. I ask for a refund and I was told it wasn’t possible. So I took the room anyways. After spending 2 nights there. I got charged for 4 nights. When I call their manager to report the mistake they made, I couldn’t get anyone to answer. Bottom Line Here Is If You Can Don’t Rent From This Hotel.

Ok for quick stay We needed somewhere to catch a nights sleep on a road trip. Location was extremely convenient right off interstate. Felt like a safe area. Arrived at 11pm. Attendant was friendly and efficient. Room was ok. Was obviously old but appeared to be clean we slept and were up early to get back on the road. Didn’t stay for breakfast.

Do Not Stay Here! If I could give this place a negative number, I would! ***NOTE! The whole place is smoke free! And I am a NON Smoker.*** Room number one, key cards didn’t work. Set number 3 finally worked, opened door and heavy smoke smell, ashes on desk, nightstands. Went back to front desk, clerk walked with me as we checked ten other rooms. ALL SMELLED OF SMOKE! I asked for a refund, was told no, not possible. Finally settled on a room that didn’t smell as strong. Key cards wouldn’t work (again). Manager had been contacted about this whole process and didn’t do a single thing.. Finally got into room with a card that wasn’t a “master key card”. This room is a dump! Holes in the walls, garbage under the bed, mirror off the wall and just leaning.... I am afraid to sleep! Don’t believe me? Check pics!
