Extremely rude and unprofessional We had made reservations with Hotel.com months in advanced., with confirmation email and itinerary number all confirmed. We called the property a week before going there to make sure everything is confirmed. The day we arrived we called the hotel to see if we can go earlier. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude, told us she can’t find our reservation. We told her we have confirmation number from hotel.com. She told to call them and hanged up. Extremely rude and unprofessional. We had to spend 2 hours with hotel.com to fix the mess. Very frustrating. They probably were getting booking for higher price and removed our reservation.

Lazy staff ruins good hotel My wife and I,for the last 2 days in the hotel was terrible. Housekeeping did not clean the room nor did front desk ask or tell housekeeping to clean my room. It’s too bad that we have write a bad review on Arya because it was a nice hotel for a good price.

Very noisy hotel, bring earplugs. Checkin was fast, the woman at the front desk is very friendly. Room is ok, clean, bed comfy but no light bulbs in the lamps. There is construction in the area, but that’s not the problem. The problem is NOISE, NOISE NOISE. Doors slamming all the time, even early morning, late nights. People screaming in hallways, and you can hear a loud kid from 7-8 rooms down the hall. Did I mention NOISE? If you stay here, be sure to bring earplugs. And there was a drug transaction in the parking lot between this hotel and the hotel next door.

This hotel made my nightmares come true!! There were stains on everything from the bed sheets and comforter to the couch and ottoman to the walls in the bathroom. There was hair in and on the bed when we arrived. There was trash under the couch from previous stayers. The microwave caught our food on fire anytime we used it to heat up our leftovers. And there were cockroaches the size of my fingers crawling out from under the bed and couch!! This place was supposed to pass the safety and wellness check for COVID safety but it did not pass ANY inspections of mine! Disgusting place. And when trying to get in touch with the manager, I was given a wrong number and told to call again the next morning for someone else who also wasn’t the manager but could help me to get a refund because I checked out an entire day early after finding the disgusting insects infesting this place!!

Worst experience ever!!! The front staff was so rude and unfriendly. The booking system had some issues and messed up our reservation. Instead of solving the problem, he was so exhausted and showed no sign of trying to help us. I cannot get how this business still exists. Definitely should not come and waste your money!!!
