BED BUGS!!!!!! Room 323 Bedbugs so bad I had to go to urgent care and the hospital. I stayed 2 weeks. I brought a few of eggs to the front desk and they denied they had bedbugs. The desk clerk said it was an appleseed. Everyday got worse and worse I woke up with the bugs coming out of my nose, in unbearable pain and showed a manager who saw them him self because my arm was swarming with black bugs. My car was infested and then the house I live at I am still battling getting rid of them. I had to throw all my clothes away. This has cost me so much money and they won't address it. All people effected need to file a formal complaint with the attorney generals office to get it addressed and all money refunded. For the car and house damage we must seek an attorney.

Great customer service Great room and great customer service Olonzo Clayton gave 5 star customer service I bugged him all day he never complain always very helpful and eager to help I love this hotel I highly recommend this hotel !

House keeper Amanda always cleans my room when asked. And she does a great job of it!! All of the staff are great but she stands out!!! I didn't think I would like it here. But I'm glad I made the choice to stay here instead of going somewhere else. My stay at the Farmington location is the best!! I will keep coming back.

Sophia is so friendly I make it a point to pop my head in and say hello to her . We have been staying here for about a month. Each room comes with a little fridge and microwave . All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Sophia the morning front desk supervisor is amazing. She always has a smile on her face and super friendly.
