Very good stay at Staybridge Suites My wife and I stayed at the Staybridge Suites during a recent football weekend. The room was spacious. The breakfast provided a good variety of items to choose from. The location is usually very convenient, especially for Razorback baseball games but because of the traffic flow after the football game we had to wind around back streets to finally get to the hotel. However, that was not the fault of the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay here again if I’m able to get a reservation.

Great Property For the most part, the management and staff of this lovely, updated Staybridge property does things right, and I enjoyed my stay enough that I would return on my next visit to Fayetteville. Upon check-in, I liked that the front desk clerk was professional and knew not to announce my room number aloud for others to overhear (a big safety no-no in the industry but it happens frequently). The suite was comfy, quiet and clean. Beautiful outdoor courtyard with firepit and plenty of seating for indoor dining with views of the courtyard and a cozy stone fireplace partially hiding the front entrance area. Breakfast had plenty of options, including an array of fruits, and main course selections were standard IHG fare plus a bit of variety each day. A few shops and restaurants within walking distance. The indoor pool was a little cool for my taste (I'm more of a hot-tub kind of lady), although the room itself was warm and plenty of children were having a good time splashing around oblivious to the water temp. The floor tiles were slick when wet and could use some walkway texturizing, but I saw only one toddler wipe out and bonk her head. (Walk, don't run!) Loved all the extras offered by management, especially the two FREE tickets to the nearby Amazeum children's museum! There was only one ticket left when I inquired. Since I was in town visiting two grandchildren, the general manager (at least, I think she was the GM; if not, she'd be a good one) and sales director worked together to replenish their supply post haste and had one with my name on it by the next day. Brava, ladies! Nice work!! The only negative we experienced was at the evening social on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, which was the only night we were back in time for it. First, allow me to say that I was delighted to see generous and tasty pre-COVID offerings, including wine and beer and light dinner/heavy hors d'oeuvres. The lady who appeared to be cooking and serving the food was helpful and doing a good job. (Loved how she rolled her eyes when she saw the man mentioned below deliberately turn his back and ignore me. She then got his attention for me in no uncertain terms.) The grumpy man re-stocking, who proudly wielded the power of the key to the booze, was another story. We felt like we were a huge imposition to him, as if we'd showed up at his house as strangers crashing a party and demanding food and drinks. It was a few minutes after 7:00 p.m. and the social is advertised from 5:30-7:30. Much of the food was already gone, but we made do with sweet-sour meatballs, cheese and veggies, which was fine. When we asked for wine, though, Mr. Grumpy said he couldn't open a new bottle that late and gave us each about an ounce of the last of the rose', said "There," and stalked off. There is normally a free, two-drink maximum, but that one swallow each was all we were allowed. That was about 7:15 p.m. He continued to shut down the place at that point, turning at least ten people away during the last fifteen minutes it should have been open. The serving station section was dark and locked up tighter than a drum at 7:30 sharp. We joked that he must have had a hot date. I almost gave this review fewer stars because of his rude and hateful man and his lack of customer service skills, but, frankly, it was otherwise a perfect place to stay and everyone else working there was so fabulous, they deserve the "Excellent" rating despite him.

Used to be my favorite, but will NEVER stay with any staybridge suites again! Because of this location! Charged us for smoking, we didn't smoke indoors at all! We have 2 toddlers, we absolutely would never smoked in a room with them!! I'm very disappointed and offended about this as I have spent literally thousands of dollars with this hotel. Been added to a do not rent list, and charged a total of $500 without ever having smoked anything in the rooms! I'll be taking this as far up the chain of command as I need to in order to rectify this situation. Can't afford an extra $500. Will NEVER stay with staybridge again, no matter what city.

Awesome experience! Great property! Upon arrival which was late, the desk clerk made a weary traveler feel welcome. They detailed amenities etc. there was a laundry room, and it was free to use! What a welcome sight for someone who was on day seven of a 12 day trip. Breakfast was great. Housekeeping was always on point. My room was clean and comfortable. The property is within walking distance of mens baseball and indoor track.

First stay at Staybridge Suites - great all the way around Our first time at a Staybridge Suites. Really impressed all the way around. We were only here for 1 night, but we booked a room with two bedrooms, four double beds, a living area, two bathrooms, and a kitchenette for about the same price you'd pay for a typical small hotel room. This was perfect for our family of six. I wish more hotels offered this kind of room. The bathrooms and shower were very nice. The beds and the couch were a little stiff, but not bad at all. The free breakfast was especially good and there's a large, comfortable dining area. Overall just really impressed with this stay. With 4 kids we have a hard time finding hotel rooms big enough for all of us sometimes, and Staybridge Suites is going to go on our list as a great option for the future. FYI for anyone with a large family, we always go for Embassy Suites, Hyatt Place, and now Staybridge Suites. These three hotels are just consistently the best options and best value for large families.
