The Graduate The hotel was nice. Experience when changing our booking was poor. The person making the changes had not been trained properly, resulting in a room which was not on the same par as the original booking. Nice person, trying to get the requested change, but obviously did not know the system, and was not given support. The hotel was clean. The staff at the bar were excellent. They do not really have a restaurant. The offerings were limited, and were fine. There are other food establishments close, so not a big problem. The valet personnel were excellent, however, understaffed during busy periods.

Review Room ac was a disaster. Could not sleep because room would not get cooler than 72 with room thermostat on 60 degrees. Same thing happened with my son's room. An absolutely horrible night of sleep.

Wonderful place to stay! Such a fun location with excellent place for food and drinks, fun decor and easy access to restaurants and boutiques. We loved it here!

Beneath Fayetteville Hospitality standards This is Razorback country - we love our town and its establishments. That I have had to write anything, but a glowing review is disappointing. I've wrote the Graduate about their discriminatory manners of their valets. If you are looking to be seen a welcomed guest - VALET - please please valet, otherwise prepare for unbelievably ugly manners of the Valet. We did as we were told in the drive, pull up and to the left; then go in check in, I did just that, when I came out my car was gone and I was being yelled at by the valet 'stating it wasn't his responsibility to pay attention to my car since I didn't valet". WOW - super disappointed, if you have an expectation of your guest valet park or be treated like poor people - then don't offer the option. Unfortunately, my daughter also got yelled at. This is beneath Fayetteville standards of kindness. Please do better.

Fun Hotel Great stay in perfect location to Fayetteville Square. Hotel had the cutest, quirkiest vibe. Rooms were fun and very comfortable. Lots of great touches that sets The Graduate apart from your typical hotel experience.
