Anniversary weekend This B &B is so charming! Everyone and everything was wonderful! We loved everything! The rooms were wonderful! The nightly happy hour with the other guests was a great idea and a lot of fun to get a chance to meet new people. We enjoyed drinking a glass of wine on the amazing front patio. Perfect place to slow down and enjoy each other. We plan to go back again.

Not hospitable Worst welcome at any bed and breakfast we have ever had. The property needs serious work…the pool and hot tub are coated in mildew, the grounds overgrown. The owners need to seriously consider how they greet their guests. Based on the other poor reviews, I anticipate a long response from the owner…..but do yourself a favor, the Schoolhouse Inn two doors down looks clean, new and beautiful. We will stay there next time.

Beyond expectations. Great staff. Great location. Great breakfast. Will stay there again. Met some other travelers at happy hour...that's what I like about BnB's. Fernandina has lots of cute shops and super places to eat.

Perfect. Just perfect. An amazing classic home built in 1905 and delicious unique breakfasts! What else could you ask for? How about a pool, a jacuzzi, comfortable beds, updated bathroom with a huge shower? My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The home’s owners are delightful to chat with and beyond courteous and kind. The location is perfect for walking around downtown historic Fernandina Beach. Cannot wait to return!

Excellent stay My husband and I had a great getaway. Our room was fantastic and breakfast did not disappoint. The Hoyt House is walking distance from all the best restaurants and downtown. Loved the complimentary bikes. We rode the island and went to Fort Clinch.
