Unhelpful staff We were part of a large group staying at this hotel for a wedding that had reserved a block of rooms. The wedding schedule called for us to be at the wedding venue, 15 minutes away by car or by a bus the wedding had sent to transport people. The hotel's usual check-in time was 4 pm. We had requested early check-in so we could dress for the wedding and arrive on time. We called the night before and also at 1:30 pm on the wedding day as we were driving. At 1:30, the person who answered said she'd get our room cleaned right away. We arrived at 3 and were told the room was not yet clean. the man behind the counter was not helpful. Instead, he kept repeating that check-in time was 4 pm, over and over. He understood that the wedding guests (many, perhaps 40) at his hotel needed to get to the wedding venue by 5. But he really didn't care about the guests. Finally, a woman behind the counter gave us an empty, handicap-accessible room, which is what we needed and had reserved.

Comfortable stay for a family wedding Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff friendly and fast. Fitness center was an added plus.

Very Friendly Staff Hyatt Fishkill is clean, convenient and comfortable. Only two small negatives. First, carpeting is not a good idea in a place like this during these times as far as I'm concerned. It does seem to be kept up well, but carpeting is never really clean. The other is the pillows are a bit lacking. They are small and not very comfortable. BUT, the staff is so friendly and helpful and as I said and what's most important to me is that the place is clean. They were updating parts of the hotel when we stayed but it didn't impact our stay at all. If you want a drink in the evening, go to the bar and hopefully Karl (Coach Karl) will be serving you. He's a blast! Wish I could give it a perfect score, but the positives far outweigh the negatives for this hotel.

Fantastic Stay Large room and bathroom. Very clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Close to great restaurants and across the street from a Walmart. Very good breakfast.

Comfortable stay Really comfy beds , suites are nice and roomy, breakfast had very good variety. Great location near highway and a Walmart good eats nearby.
