Limited service 8/2/21 the spa is under construction. The indoor pool is extremely small (smallest I’ve ever seen). Only rooms w balcony are w 2 queens. No evening bar or food service except Thursday-Saturday. Daily parking charge of $6.00 (ridiculous).

Good for gatherings Stayed here on a cross country pit stop to the canyon. We had to wait for the room since we were early but the lobby has so much comfy sitting area we were able to have lunch and watch some tv. The room was spacious and it was so great to have access to the courtyard, although the balconies seem to have nice views too. I think this would be a great place to stay with groups where you want your own rooms but can come hang out in the courtyard and still have room access. The location was good, parking was plentiful, staff was friendly. As a Bonvoy member, I would stay here again and again.

Great place to stay. My family used this hotel as a base of operations for our Arizona vacation. It is within driving distance to most northern Arizona attractions. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The indoor pool was a hit with my daughter. Excellent place to stay in the flagstaff area.

Good place to stay Everything was ok with our stay. The service is really good. Since we booked as part of a rafting trip, they knew everything before and after trip. Packed breakfast was ready at specified time (5:15am). When I received the email for the review, I wrote about drinking water not being available in the room.

Great visit, location, and check in staff We arrived late afternoon after hiking and driving from Grand Canyon. At checkin we asked the front desk person for some recommendations on restaurants. She told us about a local restaurant named Fat Olives and she was spot on! Great menu and wine selection and outstanding food! Nice ending to a great trip to the west! Hotel was clean and well maintained.
