First impressions matter Stopped into to see if our room was ready, it was not.. not a big deal, but asked the gentleman at the desk if there was a fun place to visit downtown: His reply, I don’t go downtown. Ok! So much for the hospitality. Room is extremely outdated, dirty in the corners. Bathroom-the same. Very old, rusty, black stuff around the toilet nuts and bolts. Ew. I’m sure there’s a better place-look elsewhere.

Dirty, and old. It was a bad experience. Never again. Don’t care the convenience of seeing my son. Kicked in doors, exposed wires in bathroom light. Cloth left in room from previous guest. Floor carpet felt old and moist.

Not great Not great. Lousy bed. Just okay. Very average place. Did I mention bed was lousy? Nice front desk girl though. I would say it was a drab exterior too and kind of run down. Cool lobby though with fish tank.

Meh This hotel is in need of a renovation. They walls are paper thin and we could hear everything from the room next door. The room was clean and the hotel is located near the main drag in Flagstaff. It was fine for one night, but I’d look for other lodgings if staying longer than that.

Lousy Hotel, I won't stay here again. The hotel checked someone else in to our room in the middle of the night and I was awakened by a woman standing at the foot of my bed screaming! No apology from the manager and not refund or reduction of our payment. In fact no contact at all from the manager when I demanded a refund for their mistake. To top it off the rooms are a dump! Dirty carpets that turn the bottoms of your feet black, no maid service that the blame on Covid, and torn frayed fabric on the soiled chairs. Basically the hotel is a dump.
