Handicapped Room on Top Floor Farthest From Elevator. This hotel is very nice and very well maintained. Room was very nice and employees were all very nice. Here’s my problem. My husband is an amputee. Our room was located on the top floor last room in the hallway furthest from the elevator. This made our stay more difficult than it already is for me. Why? I don’t understand that logic and I want to warn other handicapped guests.

Great Stay From Valet to the Front Desk, Bartenders and Casino staff we received excellent guest service during our stay. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We arrived later in the evening so we didn't have time to use the pool but it looked great. Great coffee at Indulgence. Highly recommended.

Very nice! This place really impressed me. The pillows and bedding were amazing. Food was good. The steakhouse was a bit pricey. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay there again next time traveling Route 66.

Excellent hotel Having stayed at 100’s of 5 star hotels all around the world, I am a good judge of quality hotels. For our trip to northern Arizona to explore the amazing scenery, we based at Twin Arrows. The hotel is beautiful and spotless. Our suite is very comfortable and the bed and towels are high quality. The staff is simply outstanding. When I called to inquire about the property they were very helpful and at the property the front desk team are always smiling and eager to assist. The food venues are great and the prices are significantly lower than Las Vegas comparable hotel food sources. The indoor pool and jacuzzi is very clean and conveniently open until 2 am.
