Smoking room I didn’t book Stayed at Belterra for two nights and played golf two days. My biggest disappointment is, they stuck us in a smoking room and said they would actually comp it because it was their fault getting the booking wrong. I still have the confirmation showing that it’s supposed to be a non-smoking room. However they only comped 1 night and the room was disgusting. Other than that, the golf course was just all right. The rest of the hotel was clean and the employees were nice.

Fabulous Girls Getaway Weekend We were skeptical based on the negative reviews, but this hotel experience exceeded our expectations. First of all, we arrived at the hotel early and allowed to lounge by the pool. It opens at 9am and we arrived at 10:30am and got the last three chairs. The bar was adequate, the music low enough to enjoy conversation, and the vibe fun. The single seat poolside restroom is not adequate but we quickly discovered the pro shop locker room that was lovely. The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms clean and the bathroom very large! We were disappointed they didn't have real glasses in the room for our wine but after the second drink plastic cups were fine! And I'm sure more responsible than glass containers for many guests. We went to the Stadium for dinner. Long wait but we got seats at the bar immediately. Service was efficient, food, decent, drinks cold and everyone at the bar was friendly. We picked this weekend as there was a show. That was so much fun! Drink prices were reasonable. I think the show is early so you can go to the casino. We're not big gamblers but it was fun to be there and drop $20 in 10 minutes! Highly recommend for your getaway weekend

Not What Belterra Use To Be Our room was not the greatest. Stayed in a Queen Deluxe, No Smoking. First, NO HOT WATER in morning, had to take cold shower. Told the front desk at checkout and only reply was "Oh thanks for letting us know". OLD furniture in room, semi clean in bathroom. The casino is VERY UNDERSTAFFED. Went to Casino Sunday morning, table games didn't open until 9:00am, then only had HALF a Crap Table open, and two black jack tables, because we were told casino doesn't have enough dealers. On the bright side, the Dealers, that were working, were very friendly and very polite.

Nice hotel in a town that is a little trashy We stopped here on our way to Gatlinburg. It was a nice property with huge rooms. The buffet was good. The casino was average. But my husband and i still make fun of the clerk. Either your hotel is the strangest one we've ever stayed in, or your clerk was a liar. You see, he asked if we wanted to "upgrade to a shower room for $40 extra." Well, my husband and i looked at each other and asked what he meant. He explained that we'd only get a bath but with whirlpool jets, or we can upgrade for $40 and also get a shower. I asked if he was serious. I said, " what kind of hotel has rooms without showers? We've been traveling for almost 30 years, and this is s first." He just smiled at us ( he was 20 something, thin, brown hair and kind of delicate). So i told him we'd have to upgrade because we're not taking a bath. I even asked the guy how do people wash their hair in a tub with no cup. Lol ridiculous. Probably a lie. We won't be back.

VERY OVER RATED REVIEWS . QUESTIONING THEM!!! THIS WILL NOT BE NICE...Front desk over charged for the room by almost $250.00 for one night. I was also told that I would have a credit to come back in the form of a email. STILL NOTHING. THE 21 STEAK & SEAFOOD IS VERY OVER RATED BY THE REVIEWS. I QUESTION IF THEY ARE THEIR OWN REVIEWS. My evening there was a extremely terrible. We have 7:30 reservations and was sat then. Placed our food order then and ordered house wine and iced tea. at 8;15 STILL NOTHING. 45 minutes waiting for drinks and food. NOTHING!!!! Waitress finally came over and acted like the poor service something I would accept. WRONG!!! I told her that I would not waiting anymore. Told them we were leaving. NO ONE seemed to care. In checking out on Saturday, I explained to the Front desk manager who then contacted the Food manager. I was told that I would get a phone call later on Saturday. 2 days later STILL nothing THIS PLACE IS VERY OVER RATED.. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER CASINO!!!!
