Transportation save! As part of an airline crew, transportation to and from the airport is vital for on-time flights. This AM(530am), 7/17/24, our crew encountered a slight miscommunication in our transportation time. Your associate, TRESSA, was very helpful in seeing to it that we got a ride to the airport.

Perfect for a nights rest! Nice place. Older building but still has a modern feel. Amenities are great if that’s what you are looking for! All staff friendly and helpful! Great location with lotsa restaurants and shopping close by. Comfortable beds with spacious rooms and bathrooms! All in all I’d stay here again!

Below Average Hilton Worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed in. Room hot, pillows uncomfortable, loud AC fan that rattled, our physical keys AND digital keys would not open door 5 times! Housekeeping master keys would not open our door either. Staff rude when asked to reset keys. On way back upstairs there were 2 other people standing in hall locked out of their rooms. Breakfast was the typical buffet that is free in other hotels but cost $17. No coffee in lobby. The room was clean and the hot water was hot. That’s all the positive things I can say. Save your money and stay at the Hampton Inn right next door!

Below Average Hilton What we liked: clean rooms, good service typical of most Hiltons. What we didn't like: the cigarette smoke. It is a smoking hotel with some nonsmoking rooms. Our room was fine, but the smell of smoke in the hallways was unpleasant. When we booked the room in Feb., the web page said free parking. But in April we were charged for parking. They had changed the web page to indicate that you now have to pay for parking.

Bad Airport shuttle miserable. Called and 30 minutes later Marriot (3 times) and the Garden Hilton (twice). Called again and driver told lady at desk he had already been there twice. He was an older guy and got very rude with my teen grandson who tried to help him load suitcases. Then he stood around for a good 10 minutes more with just one seat left. My seat belt would not fasten. Will never use again.
