Just be honest Remember, you get what you pay for. The hotel is old and in grave need of updating. I can handle that. The breakfast was fine, but nothing to write home about. The pool was adequate. Here’s where my problem came in. I booked through Expedia. Still no problem. I was traveling with my husband and 5 granddaughters. We booked 2 rooms. After I got on the road, I realized I didn’t ask for adjoining rooms. So I called the hotel and asked if it could be arranged and that I would pay the extra charges. They said they have the rooms, but since I booked through Expedia that I would need to change them through Expedia. Expedia was kind and said they would call the hotel and get it changed. This is where the problem came. Within just a short time, Expedia contacted me and told me the hotel had no adjoining rooms and that the hotel asked them to tell me that I could have no parties at the hotel. I’m a 65 year old grandma who was taking her grands to see Noah’s Ark. I feel that if the hotel needed me to know that, they should have told me when I called for adjoining rooms and that they shouldn’t have lied to Expedia about having adjoining rooms. Like I said, you get what you pay for. I wasn’t expecting the Trump Towers, but I was expecting a kind reception.

Negative stars would be the best I could give. If it were possible to give this place negative stars I would. Never in my life have I ever had to leave a credit card to cover for "Incentives" especially when I go through a booking place for my reservations. I drove 7 hours for a combination of a reunion/graduation and my stepdaughter and her family drove 12 hours for this event. When I told this to the check in clerk they rudely told me that there policy was no visitors. That defeated the purpose of reserving the room I did. The king size bed was on a queen size box so it overhung about 8 inches on each side. Rock Hard to sleep on, and so offset that I sat in a chair to watch TV. Threadbare carpet and a shower that took 10 minutes to get any hot water and a shower head that was not moveable. I could never recommend this facility,

Last minute,nice pool room with pool tables Bad bad bad beds , clean place just really run down .. My favorite is the toilets on the floor , no kidding lower than the tub right beside it. Think this was a theme park at one time .. service at front desk was fantastic our girl. Checked us in so kindly . Hallway was excruciatingly hot .but room was clean . Breaky was cheap side .coffee juice and cereal waffles .no condiments .if your in need of access ability rooms not recommended .

Invasion of bugs Worst decision EVER. We had the room less than 6 hours and couldn't even stay in it. It stank so we bought air freshmers and left for a bit then when we tried to use the jetted tub ants came out of everywhere. It was so bad I drove home instead of getting a different hotel. Save yourself don't do it.

My room theme was welcome to the trap house Bulldoze this run down worn out bug infested place I'd pay to sleep in a portapoty before ever considering to stay here I checked in arriving to my room only to be rocketed back into 1989 room was not to smelly I dodged that bullet I guess so I take shower in a bathroom the size of a broom closet whatever I'll deal with it cause all I was doing was sleeping in a nice comfortable bed I been working all week sleeping in my jeep so I leave and go eat nothing good close by but a speedway that I'm pretty sure i could have scored some crack from gone for most of the evening coming back to do some swimming before sellting down the indoor outdoor carpet near the pool looks like asphalt it's so black whatever swim get done time to go sleep in that nice comfy bed again main reason for room was good night sleep I go to lay down in the bed... you know how you kinda just fall back into a bed.... bad mistake felt the the boxing ring gym floor kinda solid with bounce at the same time so it knocks the breath out of you then slings you to other side of room so I tried the next be and thought it was nice that wild wood inn let homeless people build them cardboard sleeping cots thanks for giving back to the community after feeling like Goldie locks trying to pick out the least most uncomfortable bed after choosing the cardboard cot grab pillows off other bad cause I am like that lay down and immediately I kinda feel like fleas jumping all over my body kinda biting but you couldn't really see anything....noseeum look it up I kinda turn over to turn off light looking at pillow briefly I noticed it was moving ... I jump out of bed take the pillow out of its pillow case that was in a case that was in a case that was in a case the and every layer the pillow got dirtier and dirtier last layer I can see big bugs bunches inside this pillow that looked like it was a ten year old pillow that had been in the bottom of a dog kennel I jump run to the shower to wash this filth off get in shower cold ice cold so no other option but to do a polar plunge I get out scared to use their towels or anything at this point i dry of with some clothes i had in a bag now the size and amount of the bugs in this pillow may be the only thing I haven't over exaggerated just a little bit in this whole story I suspect that is why it was in several cases I run to the door and luckily worker was right there I say hey we got a problem my pillow full of bugs he walked in so I could show him and he not even looking at the pillow at all he kept rocking and touching it and moving out around assuring me he doesn't see anything but he will have some one else look at it and he will get me a fresh one right out of the dumpster I said don't bother I'm not sleeping here.... who could lay back down in that bed after seeing that he then tells me again that he didn't see anything at this point my temper is rising how ever I'm remaining very calm is this guy calling me a liar I think the guy was referee he don't see nothing long story short slept in the dang jeep any way and threw all the clothes I had brought into that chum bucket before i stayed here I would look into refugee camp like one in one of those stick house and Flys crawling on your face country's maybe go see if there is any room under the twealth street Bridge and before management gets on here trying to point the blame and discredit the seemingly large number of awesome reviews you got..... come on at this point you sound ignorant trying to convince grown adults that Santa is real come on maybe the majority is right maybe just maybe I'm seeing a pattern here and your the problem and before you start your whole 50% back deal that's OK _ FYI if you take the refund then legally you can't do nothing to then i.e you already been compensated if management would like to reach out for negotiation id be happy to sell you the pics and videos I got happy travels
