BEST HOTEL IN QUEENS! Unless you want to stay in Manhattan, Sheraton LaGuardia East is your best choice. I do not make this judgment easily. As a Marriott Ambassador and Hilton Diamond, I have stayed at and compared so many hotels. The management of this hotel is superb, and all staff is very very professional. While the lobby has completed its renovation, it seems more work will be done to make the hardware even better. Even without renovation, all the rooms I have stayed in at various times are very clean and so well maintained. One of the things I like the most is the water pressure of the sink faucet and shower head. I also have noticed that as an elite member you will always be recognized and rewarded by the front desk staff. Overall, there is no other properties can be compared to this Sheraton out of the city. You will enjoy your stay here.

DO NOT LEAVE JEWERLY This is the WORST Experience my family and I ever had in Sheraton, I have stayed at many Sheraton Hotels in the past before, this is the most horrible experience. Shortly after checking out of the hotel, my husband realized he left his diamond earring in the bathroom. Within an hr, I called and told the front desk and ask them to please DO NOT Clean the room and we left something important in the room and will be there shortly to pick it up. When my husband got back to the hotel and went to the room the housekeeping manager Rodolfo Ayala told him the room was cleaned, said he didn't see anything. But the room was left in the same condition when we checked out the beds were unmade. So my husband asked the housekeeping manager Rodolfo if we can please speak to the person who cleaned the bathroom area. We just want to trace back from the time when we checked out of the room and the housekeeper goes inside and what is the procedure they do first. The manager insisted that he must protect his housekeeper and that we can't talk to the person directly. We just want to ask if the housekeeper saw the 1-carat diamond earring that was sitting in the bathroom. The diamond earring is a sentimental piece in my family for 21 years, our entire family was at the hotel because my cousin hosted his wedding reception there. The 1-carat diamond earring is passed on to generations been in our family for 21 yrs and its meant for my daughter's wedding ring when she gets married. We begged the manager Rolalfo to please help us and let us ask the person who entered the room after we left. He showed no emotions about the lost diamond and kept trying to place the blame back on us that we could have misplaced it or the diamond was washed down the drain. First of all, the diamond was placed far away from the drain, 2nd 2 men stayed in that room for 2 nights 1 man in his 40s and the other man in his 20s both men memory is extremely strong. There is NO WAY someone COULD NOT have seen a 1-carat diamond earring that has a high-quality sparkle in the bathroom. We even offered to pay an award $$$ to the person who found it and kept it for us. Its holds sentimental value, more than anything else. The housekeeper manager Rodolfo for sure didn't show any emotions and he continues to keep saying that we could have misplaced it (he gave us so many different unreasonable scenarios.) I was getting frustrated with him instead of trying to help us find the diamond he was just avoiding the lost diamond. We begged the manager Rodolfo to let us go to the basement to check the trash and dirty towel just in case the housekeeper didn't see it. He turned us down and said the area was restricted. The only place he will allow us to search is the room they claimed had cleaned...Not only he was unhelpful he was giving us an attitude that we are accusing them. At one point house keeper manager, Rodolfo said he was going to look through the laundry for us and stormed away and left us in the room for at least 15 mins. I went to the front desk to see if I can talk to someone else and found out the housekeeper manager, Rodolfo there chatting with the front desk staff. He didn't even go to the basement which he said he was going to do and go through the laundry. He could have not gone to the basement that fasts and go through the laundry, the manager Rodolfo was horrible very not trustworthy. We asked if we can speak to the housekeeping person directly who enter the room right after us, the manager Rodolfo keep giving us all these excuses about how it would not be possible and keep throwing the blame back at us. My entire family that was at my cousin's wedding over 100 of us heard the news and was extremely devastated. Our family does NOT HAVE TO TRUST STAYING AT THE SHERATON HOTEL ANYMORE! HORRIBLE!

SJU Graduation stay The staff at the hotel were awesome. Very professional and courteous. Easy check in and check out. No complaints besides hair strands throughout the room. No big deal because we all shed throughout life. Would recommend and return when in the area again.

Comfortable stay We were upgraded from executive room to the junior suite; it was a nice gesture from the courteous young Asian gentleman at the check in. Although this Chinese themed hotel is bit dated, but the room is immaculate and spacious. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of downtown Flushing, which is easy to navigate. The choices for Asian cuisines are quiet extensive in this area; I actually gained a few pounds during my three nights stay. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this fine establishment. Everyone was courteous and professional at this hotel. Noted that due to the renovation, the entrance is relocated at the Roosevelt Avenue.

Under construction for renovations, but friendly staff A little confusing the first time you get there as check in was not in the lobby, but on one of the floors in a room. Super friendly staff, accommodating and clean rooms. We did have to switch our room as the bed was super uncomfortable and the staff was very pleasant about it. Bathroom was a touch cramped, but welcome to NYC. Parking in the garage below. In and out service and fairly reasonable cost. Great dumpling place on the corner was a bonus!
