Super dirty like a Super 8 Holiday inn used to be a good hotel chain on par with Hampton. Now they are barely any better than a Days Inn or Super 8. This hotel room was awful. It was so dirty. The refrigerator looked like something had exploded in it and had never been cleaned. The bathtub had visible dirt on the tub and a strip of black mold on the wall. Stains were found on the bed sheets and there were multiple hairs found on the sheets. I requested new sheets and I found hair and stains on the supposed “clean” new sheets too! I doubt this room was cleaned at all from the people who stayed in the room before me. Also the breakfast was subpar and seemed dirt as well. I would not recommend! The Hampton directly across the street from this hotel is much better!

1 night stay gone bad, by overcharging my stay. Beware of your receipt if you book through your app, when staying at this particular hotel. Rate charged was higher than rate given on the app. It took days and was an inconvenience to get this resolved. General Manager was NOT a pleasure to work with.

New Favorite in Foley Friendly staff, super clean room, comfy beds and quiet location. What more can you ask for?! This was my first stay there, but it will be my hotel of choice when I'm in the area from now on. Breakfast was typical, decent choices. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping.

Disgusted platinum member I work with the Federal Government. I travel 32 plus weeks per year and always try to stay in a IHG Hotel. I will definitely need to vet my stays prior to arriving. This hotel started a 24 hour early check out charge. I booked the room thru my Fedrooms site, this allows me for early check out as we need to go to the next town early often. Because the Manger Alka was incompetent and could not find where it was booked thru Fedrooms and when I offered to show her my booking from the Government travel site. She refused to even look at it and held my federal credit card hostage until I paid out of pocket for the room. Mind you all this is at 9am the day before. She also refused to accept my IHG points. Not to mention I want to echo other reviews the place is dirty and out dated, add the completely rude and incompetent and blatantly greedy Manager I caution everyone to avoid this scammer. I will also make sure nobody in my agency. I hope karma bites you in your greedy rear!!

Holiday Inn Foley Al This Hotel was not a great place to stay. It was dirty & far from being clean. The shower head did not work & the room was really small. It is outdated & is in need of an upgrade. This Hotel is also overpriced.
