Our fam had an awesome vacay at Tides. Resort, front desk, cleaning, beach bar staff were all very courteous and helpful. Our Beach was super close. The ocean views were phenomenal. All staff were amazing. Nico had the best recommendations in town. Will definitely visit again. No complaints at all! Excellent family vacation! Beach bar drinks and good were delicious

Won’t be back Sadly, this hotel that we have made our regular stay has continued to deteriorate over this time to the level of unacceptability. One of the elevators was down (people said for weeks) which caused ridiculous delays to and from your room. The board of health closed the pool which was down for 3 days and counting. The housekeeping was deplorable. The facility is broken down, drains not draining, toilets not flushing properly, rust everywhere. Only saving grace is the employees are and have always been super friendly. But it’s no longer enough to save them. We won’t be back.

Awesome We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We were given complimentary champagne which was nice. The rooms were nice and the Ocean View amazing. The staff were extremely helpful especially the bell hops. I plan to come back with my grandchildren. The only thing is there is no onsite gym, but I guess you can take a nice walk on the beach!

VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR COST OF FACILITY! This facility was highly disappointing. Only had 1 functional elevator - the other one was not operational the whole week. The pool water was disgusting! FIRE the pool boy! This place was a one and done! Very expensive for what you get. I had rented TWO rooms as I had 2 teenage grandchildren with me. NO discount for second room. Only a couple of ice machines working. Place is old and needs lots of TLC it is not currently receiving. DON'T STAY HERE!

Don't Tides is only concerned about collecting the room fees. Elevators were not working leaving guest stranded on upper floors. Rooms were not clean and appeared run down. At night there is no manager on call in case of emergencies. Night desk staff is more concerned with reading their book rather than answer guest's questions. This places needs a complete overhaul. This is a hotel that is, in my opinion a $120/night hotel that charges $446/night. I would like to give a great review but no way could I do that. Take heed before booking.
