Best B&B So cozy, the room is fantastic. The accommodations superb. Love the hotel’s beach vibe. Breakfast was better than going to a restaurant and happy hour was a fun place to meet new people. This place is perfect location for bicycling or walking to shops, restaurants and the beach; although they do offer shuttle services by golf cart. They’ve basically thought of everything. The hospitality of this bed and breakfast is divine.

Southern hospitality at its best! We rented Water's Edge Inn for our daughter's wedding guests. From our arrival to our departure, the staff was gracious and accommodating. The Inn was well appointed, beds very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and HH was timed to accommodate our group. The location is beautiful and peaceful. I would highly recommend Water's Edge! We will be back.

Disappointing This Inn is over-rated. We stayed in the Regatta room and froze. We let the evening staff person know right away. We slept in as warm clothes and felt.like we were camping. The fitted sheet needs to be replaced as it kept coming off the bed. We.let.the morni g staff person know and it wasn't until the next evening person arrived that it was rectified. As mentioned in other reviews, indivodual rooms have no in room control. The evening staff person told us the temperature had been set to 64 degrees. The shower curtain liner was filthy and needed to be washed or pitched. I mentioned this the second morning, but nothing was done. The breakfast was okay, but usually not warm enough. The happy hour was nice. Lots of stairs! Even if you have a ground floor.room, you have to hike up many steps to breakfast, check in, etc.

Great B & B! Fantastic experience at Water’s Edge B & B. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, cozy, and fully equipped. The breakfasts and daily happy hours were delightful. The patio, walkways, and exterior decor were charming. The staff members were warm and helpful. Love this place.

Loved it! I loved my cute little room, bathroom and my super comfy bed. Was very clean and I felt very safe as I was traveling alone. I really enjoyed the drinks and snacks offered, what a nice touch! I enjoyed everything about this place. My only suggestions would be to upgrade the key system for the rooms. It was a bit of a pain carrying those big clunky keys to the beach. There were a few times that I had a question or needed something and Cocoa was always on the phone with her friends chatting it up. One night I stood there for at least 5 minutes looking at her thinking she would at least say, hang on friend, do you need something? But she never did. I finally just went back upstairs and said forget it. She was very nice, just not attentive to the guests. Elevator is desperately needed, or at least warn guests that they have to try to get all of their luggage up 3 flights of steep stairs in a tight area on their own. That almost killed me. All in all I loved my stay and hope to visit again. I'll just pack much lighter!!
