It was okay As I was pulling the blanket off because I brought my own blanket I saw some stains like with blood _ that is so disgusting. I came from Texas and I thought this place was a good place to stay with my family other then the blanket the bed is comfortable

For your peace- PASS on this hotel. PASS and go to the Hilton down the street! Tried to check in last night and their computers were down. Finally at 11:15pm-I got a room. Today, who shampoos carpets on a Saturday afternoon? No where to eat you Door dash. This place is horrible! PASS!!

Hidden Gem This is one of the best teams at one of the best hotels available anywhere. Not only is it well maintained and clean, but it has an on-site restaurant that has an excellent chef, servers and menu. The team at the front desk is consistently stellar. Shanite has often gone above and beyond in making my stays 10 out of 10s. I also appreciate the other team members including Roman at the front desk and Sammy in security who are also amazing

Steam clean the carpet another time!! Our stay was good for the most part. We stayed in a king whirlpool room which was relaxing after a hard day’s work. We were in town to pack up our aunt’s apartment after her passing. The only issue I had is that the hotel found the need to steam clean the hallway carpet for more than an hour in front of our room when we were trying to nap. When I called the front desk to inquire how much longer it would be, the front desk clerk rudely said “I have no idea” then hung up. Bad customer service.

Terrible customer service I stayed here for four days in November. After checking out I realized I left my Apple AirPods in the room. I called the same day and confirmed they were located. I was asked to send a prepaid UPS label which I did the same day. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received them and the UPS tracking number shows no activity. My contact at the hotel, Ms Davis, has told me she sent them weeks ago but if that’s the case I would have received them or the tracking would show they were sent. I’ve tried unsuccessfully to reach the hotel general manager. As a Hilton gold member I expected better.
