No. Just NO! roach greeted us upon entry. no hot water. coffee maker switch broken; no java. in-room phone didn't work. and what we ended up paying for a monday night was absurd. poor planning on our part; poor management on theirs.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! My brother stayed here for a week. Needed help to get home. The owner hangs up on you if you ask to be transferred to a Tennant!! Will not transfer!!. Very rude people. I plan on reporting this hotel to the econo lodge corporate office!

Definetly a Budget type hotel I normally stay in 3 star hotels but this particular night i couldn't find one with a room close by, so we stayed at the Econo Lodge. Now don't get me wrong, i have styed at several and some are good, some suck and some are OK. this one was in the OK category. It was clean, quiet. There was only room for 1 Semi Truck parking and i got it. the AC worked and was quiet. The beds were definitely on the cheap side. Breakfast was simple but OK. can't say to much about it. If you NEED a place to stay, low cost, then this is not a bad choice.

There are good Econo Lodges...this is not one of them We had driven from Atlanta to Dallas and stayed in an Econo Lodge in Vicksburg, MS on the way there. We had such a great experience, we chose this Econo Lodge in Forest, MS on the way home. CHEESE AND CRACKERS. What a different experience. The girl at the front desk was fine, but we were charged 16 more dollars for this one than the one in Vicksburg. On a Tuesday. There was one car in the parking lot, and we were put in the farthest room from civilization. Street light out in the back parking lot. Fire extinguisher missing from the fire box just outside our room. Burn holes in the bedspread. No iron. Sketchy outlets. We woke up the next morning just glad we didn't end up on ID TV. I know these motels are expected to be modest and economical. But there was a HUGE difference in this one and the great one in Vicksburg.

Great Place/Price And Very Nice People We stayed on our way back from Florida recently. Had no reservation and just popped in a little after 10 p.m. and asked for a room. The desk clerk was more than helpful and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Room was very clean and the beds were great. Has very good internet. Fast food joints and a convenience store within walking distance. Will definitely get our business again when passing through.
