Good Clean Comfortable Stay. Very good stay here. Every staff member was friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. Clean and quiet rooms. One issue was the elevator was not working by the lobby, so had to walk down to the farther elevator. And then down to our room which was just over the lobby. Be aware that the hallway is LOOOOOONG! If elevator is still out. Other than that, great stay.

Hilton double-charged us, then gave us the run-around. Overall, the stay at this hotel was fine. However, some areas of the hotel, specifically the pool and hot-tub, were not clean. The biggest issue my family experienced was that we were double-charged. We prepaid for our stay (two rooms) through the Hilton Honors website. However, after we checked out, our credit card was charged again. We contacted the hotel, and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel manager only refunded the double-charge for one of the two rooms. My wife and I called (and emailed) the hotel multiple times to get the issue resolved, to no avail. Ultimately, we had to submit a dispute through our credit card company. This is a clear open-and-shut case (clearly the hotel's mistake), and a full refund should have been initiated immediately. It is disappointing that we got the run-around (once again, Hilton dropped the ball). I would give the hotel an "average" rating. However, considering our overall experience, including the double-charge issue and how it was poorly handled, I am giving the hotel an overall "poor" rating.

Solid 4 stars, Very good, Could be cleaner We stayed 2 nights in May for my daughter's golf tournament. Overall the hotel is nice, but I can't give it 5 stars. It was good, not excellent. We use the Hilton app for check-in, choosing our room, and digital key. I recommend this. We basically had no interaction with staff so can't say much about registration staff. The hotel is in an area with several other hotels, restaurants, and shopping. That's a plus. The room is comfortable and appropriate size with nice contemporary furnishings. We booked the 2 room king bed suite. Upon entry is a tiny kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove, garbage disposal, pots, pans, glassware, and silverware. There is a small table with 2 chairs. There is a large TV, pullout couch, chair, and other furniture. The second room has the king size bed, a second TV. The sink is outside the tub/shower area. Toiletries are in the wall-bottles and nothing to brag about. Hand lotion in a wall-bottle is by the sink. Across the board, this is what Hilton uses. I killed a spider in the room. Parking is free and plentiful. Area feels safe. Indoor pool, but didn't see it. We chose a room on the backside by a quiet street. We had no noise even though it was Memorial Day weekend. The negatives: I really thought people were exaggerating how bad breakfast is, but it is underwhelming. My husband is cheap and it's hard to turn down a free breakfast, but the way he put it is, "It's better than nothing". The microwave omelets were tasteless and floamy. My husband joked the Lucky Charms were unlucky! There were only a couple marshmallows in the bin. We ate the free breakfast but were ready for an early lunch. It was enough to hold us a few hours. Also there is a free evening reception, however it is ONLY ON WEDNESDAYS. Seriously why even bother having one on the least busiest night of the week. It is aggravating more than impressing customers. The big negative was the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast area was filthy with dirty tables and napkins and stuff on the floor. The couch in our room had stuff all over it that wiped off easily with a soapy wet washcloth. Yes, I cleaned the couch. The shower had hair in it. I sprayed out the shower too. I realize this is probably a staffing issue/motivated employee issue that unfortunately has come to be an acceptable norm these days. We are told that this is one of the better hotels in the area. We've also stayed at the Convention Center hotel. The free breakfast is better there, but this room is nicer and bigger at Homewood Suites. It would be a 50/50 toss up on where to stay when we return. No fault of the hotel, but why do people wear their nightgowns and pajamas to breakfast?!? That is not ok!! Hope this review helps to make your decision easier.

THE place to stay! A wonderful place to stay. Greeted warmly by Sheli and welcomed as an Honors member. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom equipped with grab bars and skid-resistant tub. Regan, the housekeeper was attentive and friendly. Nice to have a business center provided with everything needed, and a fitness center fully equipped. Extremely nice to have the evening social and the manager, Ryan was welcoming and available all day to ensure guests were completely satisfied. Topping it off with a very nice, hot breakfast, Holli and Monique made the morning perfect, keeping all the items hot, available and always with a smile. This is THE place to stay when in the area and they get an A+ grade. Highly recommended.

Best Hotel in Town We have been coming to this hotel for a few years now and it never disappoints. We have tried others in the area, but no other hotel in the area compares. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is extremely clean and very modern.
