Andrea The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Andrea who worked at the front desk was by far the most accommodating and attentive customer service person I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. She made our stay extra special and I can not wait to come back!!!

Birthday Rosa was very nice and helpful. She made my birthday stay special! Its my first solo trip and she made it memorable! The room is beautiful and has an amazing view. The restaurant is Caribbean and also has good customer service! The drinks and valet service are also great!

Awesome Staff plus Great View and Beach equal Best Vacation! From the start to finish, the service was EXCELLENT. Don’t worry about checking in 6 hours early. They can accommodate. It may cost a little but well worth it! Shenoya got us in quickly. She was super nice! The room was AWESOME too! It had the best view we’ve ever experienced. Thank you such much Shenoya! At first we had AC issues but Terrence was on the job! He really had it cranking afterwards. He was very friendly and we ended up having a nice conversation including his love for Fort Lauderdale and his joy at working at Sonesta. It was so endearing that we shook hands and embraced afterwards. Thank you Terrence and keep being you! So if you are thinking of staying in Fort Lauderdale, stay at the Sonesta Resort. It’s in a wonderful experience!

Great Hotel We had a great stay at Sonesta. The pool area was very nice and the pool was heated. The view of ocean was amazing and was right across the street. Evelyn was exceptionally accommodating. We arrived in the morning and she held our luggage and gave us access to all amenities before check in time. We were able to check in early as well.
