Great birthday at Sonesta! Great stay for my 40th birthday! Everyone is so nice! The bed is super comfy, the restaurant is awesome (you have to try the veggie frittata), the ocean view is spectacular! Special thanks to Rosa for the wine and cheese platter :) We will definitely be back.

Nice hotel at a great location in Fort Lauderdale across from beach Very nice hotel convenient to beach and not too big so very stress free. Staff were very nice, and it has a great restaurant on the premises serving breakfast, lunch and dinner - with outdoor dining or indoor available. Nice bar seating inside, outside or poolside! Pool a bit small but nice - plenty of towels and lounge chairs available. You can get food/drinks from the bar as well. No balcony and no bathtub, room and bathroom on smaller size. No gift shop. Valay parking only.

Absolutely amazing! I was just at the Fort Sonesta and absolutely loved my stay there. The staff (each one of them) were very kind, helpful and always had big smiles on their face at all times. I was there for 3 nights but in that short time they knew me by my first name! I have stayed at many different hotels around the world but the hospitality here was way better than others. The hotel was very clean, beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, pool water was very clean (unlike many others), breakfast was even more amazing. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to many restaurants, shopping and Starbucks! Special call out to Andrea and Sem at concierge who patiently answered my million questions! They were extremely accommodating towards each of my requests! I cannot wait to go back again!

The staff makes this hotel a great destination. My family and I came here to celebrate my sister’s birthday and we were not disappointed. This hotel is more boutique than resort but they make a point to treat guests like they appreciate your business. I have to shout-out three specific employees: Shenoya at front desk, who from the moment we arrived, made sure that we felt welcomed, and that all of our questions were answered. She also was our main point of contact throughout our stay and seemed happy to help with anything we needed . Also at the front desk, Sem, who provided great customer service, was nice enough to escort us to our rooms and seemed like he really loved his job and always willing to greet us with a smile. I also want to highlight Cory at the Steelpan restaurant. He was amazing and very patient. We rented a cabana, which I recommend highly, and Cory not only took care of us but also efficiently helped other guests at the pool as well as the bar area. He did all of this without ever forgetting to check in on us. To be perfectly honest, the staff (especially these three employees) are the reason we will absolutely return to this location the next time we are in Fort Lauderdale beach. Thanks guys!!!!!

Andrea The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Andrea who worked at the front desk was by far the most accommodating and attentive customer service person I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. She made our stay extra special and I can not wait to come back!!!
