amazing service!! this hotel was beautiful and their service was great. awesome amenities and for a good price, and they accommodated all our needs :) Rafael was very helpful and kind during our stay. Will be visiting again for sure!

Too many cons I’ll start by stating that I did not expect a 5 star resort based on what we paid. We experienced a mix of pros and cons during our weeklong visit, however, the end result is that we will not stay here again. Let’s start with the pros: the location is beach front and is situated close to nice restaurants, night life, and recreation. The Tiki bar is convenient, has decent drinks and food, and the wait staff were mostly pleasant. I appreciated the full kitchen in our suite, the ability to do a couple loads of laundry (located in the basement), and because there are 4 elevators, getting to the tenth floor never took too long. The valet staff were also quick and never had us wait very long for our vehicle. The resort next door offers jet ski, paddleboard, and kayak rentals to the public, creating a couple of the highlights of our trip. Now onto the cons: what is particularly disappointing is that most of the areas of concern could be solved with better management. First, the resort is generally dirty. They don’t seem to have an overnight cleaning crew, therefore, if you want to see the sunrise over the ocean, be prepared to step over an unacceptable amount of trash making your way to the water. This is especially apparent when you look over at the nearby resorts. Housekeeping does exist, however, they are not dependable. The guy setting up the umbrellas has to go! He has no interest in being in customer service. We had to wait each day we wanted an umbrella for him to finally see us and decide to care. One morning we were even told that he wanted to finish his breakfast first (at 10am with a growing line). Our doorknob to our room did not lock properly, the kitchen light did not work and one of the dining room chairs was cracked and unsafe. None of these issues ruined our vacation, but with all the competition even off the same road, this is not your best choice. This is a mom and pop operation and it shows. The resort is run down, most of the staff seem unhappy, and they are lacking the processes and execution you could find through any other national competitor.

NOT family friendly I don’t recommend this place for anyone, especially families. First of all, we chose to self-park, which is across the street from the hotel. It costs $10 a night for parking, whether you choose to self-park or do valet. That makes no sense! There are signs everywhere saying there’s no smoking anywhere in the building, yet you get a contact high from the dank smell of weed in the halls. You have to walk through the Tiki Bar to get to the beach, which isn’t ideal, especially since you’re not supposed to have your own food or drinks near it. They reserve the right to inspect your beach bags, which is beyond ridiculous. There are cameras everywhere in the halls, which can’t be a good sign. It’s also very easy to hear people in the halls and other units, even pissed off people yelling obscenities about people not putting their trash where it belongs. NOT a do-over!

Glory days have faded away…. Well we have been here many times Tiki Restaurant is wonderful and Italian place is good. Ocean is perfect for sure. Rooms are outdated and nasty. Pool area was a disaster as well as the pool. Really went down hill. Probably our last trip. Sad how the place continues to run down and the owner walks around and doesn’t see it. He is a good guy but the way he allows this place become dirtier By the day blows my mind! Perfect location for a resort, And yet it gets more run down by the day. Employees are super and are the bright spot of the Tiki. Filthy doesn’t begin to cover this place. A place with a great history that should be gutted and remodeled. Could be the jewel of the strip
